Have you ever been outside and had a gnat fly around your head? Well, if you have then you know it can be extremely annoying because no matter where you go this stupid gnat will follow you around. No matter how many times you swat it away the gnat will come back.
Ok, so those are pretty much the most basic things of the big NO-NO’s of the no contact period. Now we get to the good stuff. Honestly, I am getting excited here because this is where you start taking the first steps of getting your ex boyfriend back. Granted, they are baby steps but they are still steps in the right direction.
#1 Who ended the relationship? If you ended the relationship but now you realize you made a huge mistake, that’s going to be a hard one to rectify. However, if she dumped you, you have a better chance of getting her back. [Read: Are you still in love with your ex?]
Hi! I broked up with my boyfriend one month and a week ago, I broked up with him because he became distant with no reason, he was being very dry with me and I always asked him if I was being a good girlfriend and he always said that I was perfect. We didn’t have any problems during our relationship of 3 months. So, I broked up with him through a text “I don’t want to be with you anymore” and he replied that it was a good relationship but we were having many issues and that life made it complicated, so it was better to break up. I don’t know if I want him back because he became distant out of the blue, he didn’t call me or text me as much as before and he said “he was busy with his job” but I knew he had free time. I just want to know why he didn’t want to be with me if things were going well between us, I don’t know what my mistake was. I haven’t talked to him since we broked up, I deleted him from social media that day because I didn’t want him to talk to me. What did I do wrong in the relationship? Should I text him or should I let it go? Thank you, merry Christmas!!
If the problem had to do more with him, then you can think about how you can be together again without this issue — maybe he’ll be willing to change. But if he’s not willing to change and you know this will be an issue long term, then you should consider whether or not it’s worth it to get him back.
Another thing that really annoys me about you guys (yes I am talking to you) is that you think this no contact period alone will be enough to get your ex girlfriend back. Trust me it won’t be. You are going to have to do more (which I will be covering.) Think of the no contact rule as the first big stepping stone to success.
But it doesn’t really work that way. In fact, every time you call or text your ex, you are showing them you are a needy person and you are miserable without them. This neediness is unattractive and pushes your ex further away.
Prove that you’re faithful. If you and your ex broke up because you were unfaithful, you face the daunting task of convincing him that you will not cheat again. The exact way that you confront the issue should depend on why you cheated in the first place, but regardless of the reason, it’s important to be open and honest with him.
#13 Ask her out. Don’t call it a date. Ask them out for coffee or a walk, but don’t make it a date. She’ll get her guard up and this isn’t what you want. If she doesn’t want to, don’t push her, just let her be. She’ll go for a coffee with you if she feels it’s right. If she goes for coffee with you, don’t talk about your relationship. Sometimes your girlfriend starts dating again before you can get her back. Rather than giving up however, there are ways of snapping her out of this rebound relationship and bringing her right back to you.
If you want to get you’ve decided on getting an ex girlfriend back in your life then you need to go no contact immediately. This means you need to stop taking any call from your ex, you need to stop yourself from sending messages to her and you even need to stop talking about her from your friends. If your girlfriend gave you gift(s) in past then you need to put into a box and forget about it. The first step is showing you can be mature about the break up, and that you don’t NEED her in your life. Maybe you feel like you do need her, but this step can certainly help you begin to fake it until you make it.
I lost my girlfriend dec 28th due to commitment issues I desperately want her back she met someone new jan 5th I did all the wrong things tues 16th I discovered your web page and started to 30 day no contact rule sat 20th her two friends have made contact with me please help me win back the women I love and wish to spend the rest of my life with
the clean slate message is supposed to be sent or said before nc so that she would think you are moving on and not chasing her anymore.. and don’t ask if you can be friendly because that looks like chasing.. right now, continue doing what you’re doing and maybe initiate slowly building rapport after 21 days.. make this your last nc..
As you can see, Option Three provides the only option in which you do not end up crying softly. While there are many times you might want to text your ex, it’s rare that you truly need to. “That song we both like came on the radio” is not a good reason to text your ex. “I just saw the Hangover 2 — remember that time we were hung over?” is not a good reason to text your ex. “Mrow” is not a good reason to text your ex. I’m not saying you shouldn’t text her for a valid, honest reasons — even a simple congratulations is appropriate when it’s due. Just avoid texting your ex for stupid reasons.
A lot of times this can be happening but you won’t have any clue. Men aren’t the best communicators especially when it comes to breaking bad news. The last thing they want is to hurt you so they will just break up with you and give you some general reason. Luckily again this can be addressed!
When you want to get your ex-girlfriend back, she’s afraid. If you spent any length of time together, she’s afraid of getting back together, afraid of losing you. She’s indecisive, and not really sure what to do.
