Hey I’ve been in a relationship for 5 years n things went down hill it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve had contact with I really miss him n wants him back what should I do should I continue the NC rule for 2 more weeks n what should I text him after that

The important point of any of the relationship to survive is to understand the core essence of it. The most important aspect of the program is to understand that it is based upon the sacrifice and respect for other. It cannot survive with ego and self-pride.

The key here is to use your advantages to win him over again. New relationships are tough. It’s not always easy to learn all there is to know about someone. Even feeling comfortable around a new someone can take some time. This being said, him making a move BACK to you is much, much easier. And a lot of men are lazy and generally opt to take the easiest path possible. All you have to do is make that path an option.

So I broke up with my boyfriend 3 months ago because I knew that he wasn’t the “one” for me. We would constantly fight and we barely could relate on anything. After 2 years of dating, I still couldn’t see a future with him so I had to end things. The breakup resulted from a fight and happened all over text. I asked to meet up with him to talk about it in person but he said that he never wanted to see me again. He then blocked me on everything. I felt bad for breaking up with him because he was a nice guy, but it had to be done because we just had SO many differences. Now, three months later, we sometimes text, but every time we do it turns into him telling me how much he misses me and then we start fighting about everything. He told me that he could never be friends with me again because he was an “all or nothing” kinda guy. However, he was the person I lost my virginity to and my first true love so I can never truly forget him, and unlike him, I do want to keep in touch time to time but he wont allow that. And recently, Ive also started to miss him a lot. I miss talking to him more than anything. How do I get over him even though I was the one to end things? Not talking to him at all has messed me up because I am not used to it. I don’t know if I regret breaking up with him because I know i did the right thing. Its just that I miss some things about him and not being able to talk to him at all is killing me. I haven’t seen him in months and I keep getting remind of him because we have mutual friends. Please help me get over him. I haven’t been able to sleep properly for DAYS now because of him.

Now the second step is to lose your weight. Yes, that true weight. Although it seems almost impossible in those miserable times when you are having a packet of chips while sitting in front of television and trying to put up weight to relive your nerves.

A guy doesn’t fall for a girl out of pity, ever! You’d be amazed though, how many women try to use this “tactic” to get an ex boyfriend back. Please don’t be one of them! To get your ex boyfriend back, you will have to be confident and strong! Girls, I can not stress this enough.

Look, you were fantastic while the two of you were together. You’re an incredible person to begin with. And you just side tracked a little. But, there’s no better feeling than running into an ex when you are at the top of your game.

Love stinks. You’re miserable when you’re not in love and you’re even more miserable when you’re still in love with someone who no longer loves you. I know; I’ve been there. For me, I find that once I give my heart to a man it really takes a lot for me to get over him, probably because it took me so long to give my heart out in the first place.

Don’t hate him ,don’t ever isolate ur self always mingle in people avoid love related topics or conversations which could trigger what your are trying to overcome do what you are good at like any of your hobby.

Feel confident and beautiful! You can do this by looking beautiful. Go to the hair salon, have your nails done, get a massage, get a makeover, buy a new dress, buy those shoes, curl your eyelashes, have a foot spa! Just do whatever you need to do to feel confident and beautiful!

Hi Ryan, dude where are you? I really need your help. I’m really trying to not a mistake here man. It’s been maybe half a month since the NC.. it’s been working like a charm.. couples days ago my ex sees me at work and days I looked good and like I’ve changed..also that I was happy. She text me that same day saying how much she missed my presence in her life, how she missed her best friend. I didn’t respond and then she text me a photo saying remember the good times.. also said she was going thru her phone deleting pics of us and didn’t know which to keep. I then replied I miss you too. We started chatting back in forth and remembering all the good things. She texted me all night. Then the next day says she loves me and misses.. I tell her too. We talked a lot about how much we loved one another. Don’t know if that was a right move ..yesterday she sends me a message at work that was a song. “Baby while were young , let’s do what we want, I want you, you’re mine and I don’t care who’s know it, I’m down for you” just a few things she sent me! I’m confused because after work I waited to talk with her but she ran out quickly and I’m sure when went to meet up with someone else. She didn’t go home last night. She also didn’t text me anymore.. so confusing what’s going on.. not sure what to do or expect! Please help dude! I really want her back and I can’t tell if I messed up the NC rule. She definitely has been seeing someone else lately. Please write me back soon.. she wants to me up tonight to go eat. Don’t know if I should go

Don’t go out of your way to avoid places or people that remind you of your ex. If you had a favorite restaurant that you frequented together, make it a point to still eat there. Make reservations to go with friends in order to create new memories. This will keep you from limiting yourself and letting your sadness dictate your actions.

Keep The Focus On You- Try your best not to obsess over his situation. You can’t control what he does but you can control what you do. Go out and have fun. Make new friends. Basically, just ramp up your social life so you can focus on the most important thing, yourself.

However, there’s a tremendous difference between a woman who takes responsibility for her emotions and a woman who feels the world should just deal with her crappy, negative, burdensome attitude and personality.

Getting back on his feet involved reconnecting with old friends, and making contact with new ones as he pursued interests in activities he enjoyed. He joined a book group, found a place with religious services that he liked. He recalled the sports activities that in better times, he used to enjoy and returned to doing those activities again. Bit by bit, his spirits lifted.
