“The first thing a girl needs to do is step back from the situation and realize why she isn’t with her boyfriend anymore. If it was because she was being too clingy, obviously she shouldn’t call and Facebook him 20 times a day. Once she understands why she’s not with him anymore, she should let him know she’s working on it and try to mend things slowly. Things won’t happen overnight, so don’t rush.”

When someone treats you poorly or does something hurtful, it is a natural and healthy response to feel some anger. Anger helps you be aware of situations that are not in your best interest and can facilitate the separation process from an unhealthy relationship. But when we hold on to anger and resentment from past experiences we take them with us into the future. Nothing hurts more than when someone you love does something that causes you to reevaluate who you believed them to be. When someone betrays the trust you gave, it is painful. But letting what someone else did limit your ability to move forward means they still exert control over your life. Forgiveness isn’t about letting someone else off the hook for his or her bad behavior; it is about your emotional freedom.

Avoid staying in those places if you think that he will be there. Such is the key in getting rid of your negative feelings, so when the time comes that you and your ex meet, you can start talking about your issues without your negative feelings ruining the way you communicate with each other.

Who knows! Maybe he does, maybe not. Either way, you want to hook up again because you’ve realized you still love him. Every other guy you meet can’t match his qualities and this just makes you go insane. Every date you go on with some new guy seems boring and shallow, you find yourself comparing him to your ex and this makes you feel even worse.

basically i really like my ex, even though we only went out for three days, like he keeps trying to make and effort to talk to me and said i have banging boobs. Does this mean he’s moved on or still into me?

Indulge in some cooking. If a vacation is out of the question, dive into cooking. Cooking can be very calming and relaxing. Get a recipe of a dish that you want to learn to make and cook it for friends or family; you do not have to eat alone.

Love this blog. I’ve been broken up with my ex for 2 years and he really is who I’ve loved this whole time and not sure why we ever broke up. After all this time, I heard from him on Christmas Eve and we got together. It was a start but of course we aren’t together but I’m glad we’re talking. Things can only go up from here, right especially since we to no communication at all?

I still don’t know what to do… I was with my ex for 5 months I know it’s not long but my friend had past away and I honestly thought I needed time to clear my head and it’s been over a week since she’s been gone and I miss my ex so bad he was there for me he was my shoulder to cry on and I regret so much breaking up with him so much I literally feel like I’m goin insane without him yea I know this sounds dumb but I need him back… I want him and only him before he goes into the army for 3 years someone please help me… what do I do

So you need to focus on you — on becoming whole again, and on becoming beautiful again. Nobody can do this for you but you! If you want to feel great, no one can feel great for you except you! It’s like wanting to have a massage so you can relax and instead of you going to the massage place, you send someone else.

Of course, trying to learn how to get your ex boyfriend back the wrong way doesn’t have to be so dramatic. Simply emailing him two weeks after the breakup to ask if he has your electric toothbrush can be enough to sway things out of your favor.

Hi. I dated this guy last year , but unfortunately it didn’t work out between us cause I was unreachable and shy. We pretty much texted the whole time and met a few times. I fell for him and he said he had feelings for me too . But all of a sudden he wanted to be just friends. We had 5 months long an emotional relationship/friendship and 5 months a non-emotional one. I kinda acted out there. He started giving me less atttetion day after day and we started fighting every now and then and I got super jealous when he talked about this other girl he liked. Eventually he called the friendship off. I asked him to block my number and social accounts so we wouldn’t have contact . It’s been 4 months now and I miss him everyday. I’m madly in love with him . Haven’t heard of him for 4 months and I want him back. I can’t get over him being gone from my life. Please help. What should I do ? Why am I feeling this way.

Help someone else. Focusing on another person, and acting as their support system, will give you a purpose and shift your thoughts away from your break up. Think of it as rechanneling the love and energy you previously put into your relationship. Others will naturally be drawn to you and want to spend time with you, making you feel less lonely and rejected.Volunteer at a local soup kitchen or perform acts of kindness towards a friend who has experienced a death in the family.

You can’t blame your love for this whole thing. You cannot blame your circumstances for this. You cannot blame time or distance for this. In fact, if time and distance are an issue in your relationship, that’s because you THOUGHT and BELIEVED that they are an issue.

You may convince yourself that you have the sheer for of will to stop searching their pages—daily or hourly—but the truth is, you’re better off just getting the social media websites involved and asking them to be the third-party mediators in this situation. They invented a block option on purpose: partially for people to say sayonara to creepers, and partially to help people stop investigating whether or not their exes are smooching someone new.

Hey I’ve been in a relationship for 5 years n things went down hill it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve had contact with I really miss him n wants him back what should I do should I continue the NC rule for 2 more weeks n what should I text him after that

The good thing is, you can surely avoid this death trap in your relationship. When you walked with your boyfriend in beginning he keeps you way from other guys and ready to fight with them. But, when he finds you are always with him then he loses the motivation to fight for you.

Hi ryan..thanks for your reply..i will try to give her that space and time like you said..but i really need your advice on how to win her trust back and confidence and keep our love..what so i really do during this break?

Then have a conversation with him. Tell him that you don’t want to repeat the past relationship again and you want to start taking things slow. That means you should not have sex for at least two weeks after you start dating. Since your past relationship was only based on sex, it’s best to avoid having sex for a while so you don’t go back to the same old patterns. Only meet him outside and go on dates with him. Take your time to figure out if a relationship with him can work. And if he is not willing to take it slow, you should be willing to walk away (he will eventually come around when he realizes you are strong and he can’t make you go back to the same old relationship pattern.)

I want my girlfriend back beautiful message girl in Merimbula and cute and funny and guy make smile and laugh and better things to say that I love you Ada Baker biggest love heart hot and sexy girlfriend and her beautiful person my brother and Trisha getting in Engaged wedding on 14th April next year church so I love my girlfriend so i gotta love to her help me with any of the world very much

Given the circumstances, he may either be currently unsure on how he feels about you and is trying to figure things out, or he may be pushing you away because something happened, in which case you’ll have to figure which of the 2 it is. It’s also surprising that he said yes to being exclusive but retracts it the very next day, stating that he has issues he wants to sort out first and not telling you about these things before hand.

It was Alexander Graham Bell who once said, “When one door closes, another opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us.”

I just started the no contact phase last week. It has been 3 weeks since we have broken up. She’s currently talking to someone and things are moving fast. She told me it wasn’t a rebound. So I wanted to ask when I was finish the no contact phase, should I still text her or wait until she’s single again (if she ever is.) please someone help me!

It would depend on the context of how the relationship had ended and the experiences you went through together. Bear in mind that a relationship with your best friend is very different from actually being friends with that person, and if the relationship was meaningful enough, there’s a likelihood that his new girlfriend may be a rebound. He just may not realize it yet, or has been subconsciously suppressing his doubts so far. If he still feels that he can’t face you in specific occasions, there is a possibility he isn’t over you, and that makes the new relationship seem even more like a rebound. However, just take note that many factors would come into play, and you could refer to them in this article.

kalidas babaji i was so much dipressed due to an affair of my husband. He go some where and sometimes even didnt come to home for days. But now everything is ok, my husband love me alot and he did not go anywhere without ask me he loves me so much now. Thank You Babaji !

How do I tell him I don’t want to see him? Yes I do want him back exclusively as he is my one. Our relationship didn’t have any problems. I personally feel at 50.5 years old he’s going through a mid-life crisis.

If this describes you and the way you are feeling then you need to listen to relationship expert, Randy Bennett’s advice on how to get him to see you, hear you and understand you. More than just getting your ex to miss you, Randy will show you exactly how to get him to open up to you and share with you exactly how he really feels.

I am leaning towards not talking for a year and then being his distant friend. He said he prefers to be distant friends (the type that every 3-6 months check up on eachother to see how they are because theh still care for eachother) but that the decision is ultimately mine because he did mess with my mind a little after the breakup changing his mind over and over. I just don’t know if taking a year off to get over it and then opening the wound to be friends would be productive. I know that being friends would probably lead to us reconnecting which I do want in the future. This guy is the UG (ungettable guy ) for me.

Any situations in which she has expressed to you that she wants something to develop or happen between you two, yet you refuse to make it happen in the months after she showed that she wanted it. For example:

What should I need to do ? I am on day 8 of no contact it’s really hard specially I am seeing him online all the time. We’ve been together for 7 years. But recently for the past 2 years we do not see each other in person due to long distance tho we’ve been seeing each other in webcam. We had some argument he keeps telling we are going to see each other in person but he never make plan. I find out Jan 1st this year he traveled to Dubai to spend vacation with Indonesian girl.(before that incident I caught him sexting with that girl, that Indonesian lady asking him to send her a porn he said they haven’t see each other yet and the girl was virgin he said it was nothing ugh I’m so stupid to believe)

I broke up with my beloved ex due to some problems we had..he always told me he is going to kill himself and after a long period of trying to help him he left for his job at the helllenic navy…then after some time of the problems he had I told him to brake up….and then found someone else after some time,so I could overcome my beloved one….and then, because I wanted to return to ex who loved me a lot and I also did,the new one sent him photos and said that I cheated on him, thing that in NOT true….and he threatened me to be with him otherwise I would have problems…and so,my ex hated me..9 months passed and I still love him and want him back and I don’t know how to tell him….he also has told everybody the worst about me and together, the made a clique of hate towards me….I am really sad I don’t know what to do…

So this is my story, I met a girl in college who is a couple years younger than me and throughout that year and the next we just had an unbelievable relationship. We would talk everyday and occasionally see each other on weekends. I knew she liked me through her friends and she knew I liked her, but we never were official boyfriend and girlfriend, but there were times when we both hinted at that outcome. I told her that I want her in my life and she wanted me to be in her life, but not in the same way. I texted her saying I couldn’t be just friends with her and that I’ll always have love for her because she was the first person I fell in love with in my life. 8 months ago I made a huge mistake and went over to her house back home unannounced and did it so no one would know I was there to drop off a handwritten letter after texting her; I went over to her house 3 times because the first two times I was afraid of what she would think if I did that when I hadn’t been over there before. This mistake backfired on me and she found out I had been stopping by her house a couple times before, and it creeped her out now she has blocked me on every social media accounts and I haven’t talked to her in 8 months. I’ve been thinking a lot about her like everyday morning, during, and at night before I go to sleep, and even dream about her. I know she isn’t my ex but in other peoples eyes she was definitely more than just a friend to me, and I want nothing more to have her back in my life, but I’m pretty sure she hates me and doesn’t want anything to do with me anymore. What should I do? I moved across country for work, but found out some family stuff is going on that I might have to move back home to where she and I both live, and I know that once I do I’ll be reminded of the fact that I lost the only girl I cared about and it is killing me inside. Asking for advise on what to do, and if there is anything I can do to make her trust me again and hopefully someday have her back in my life

To re-attract your ex girlfriend you’re going to need your body language and general vibe to do a fair amount of the work for you. Up until now your body language has probably been submissive and weak, and that is likely a large amount of the reason she lost attraction for you and broke up with you in the first place.
