Hi Ryan, dude where are you? I really need your help. I’m really trying to not a mistake here man. It’s been maybe half a month since the NC.. it’s been working like a charm.. couples days ago my ex sees me at work and days I looked good and like I’ve changed..also that I was happy. She text me that same day saying how much she missed my presence in her life, how she missed her best friend. I didn’t respond and then she text me a photo saying remember the good times.. also said she was going thru her phone deleting pics of us and didn’t know which to keep. I then replied I miss you too. We started chatting back in forth and remembering all the good things. She texted me all night. Then the next day says she loves me and misses.. I tell her too. We talked a lot about how much we loved one another. Don’t know if that was a right move ..yesterday she sends me a message at work that was a song. “Baby while were young , let’s do what we want, I want you, you’re mine and I don’t care who’s know it, I’m down for you” just a few things she sent me! I’m confused because after work I waited to talk with her but she ran out quickly and I’m sure when went to meet up with someone else. She didn’t go home last night. She also didn’t text me anymore.. so confusing what’s going on.. not sure what to do or expect! Please help dude! I really want her back and I can’t tell if I messed up the NC rule. She definitely has been seeing someone else lately. Please write me back soon.. she wants to me up tonight to go eat. Don’t know if I should go

You let your ex walk all over you. You become a doormat. You agree to the most ridiculous demands your ex has. But your instincts tell you, it’s OK. Because having your ex in your life is the only thing that matters.

Hi! So I have been snapchating with my ex for some time now. The problem is that if I send him a snap he might respond with some emojies or sometimes a comment, but we never actually get a conversation out of it. Should I text him instead of sending him a snap even though we usually only snap? Or should I respond to any of his comments and start a conversation from there? Thanks!

I’m so sorry that you’re going through this; I know how you feel. I wish that I could help, but I have too much to say to type it all out and not enough hands to type or hours in the day. This is why I can no longer give specific advice in the comments. I do offer one-on-one coaching if you are interested.

a history of unfaithfulness. While some relationships can move on past infidelity, broken trust is extremely hard to repair and even if you can build it back, it is easily broken again. A relationship that has experienced infidelity is likely to need extra support in the form of ongoing counseling to repair broken trust.[22]

Always be positive and happy when you’re around him. You can drop subtle hints along the way that you’re still interested in him. For example, you could say, “It’s great to hang out with you. I really missed spending time with you.”

Then imagine everyone liking and loving you! Imagine them wanting to be near you and talk to you and be friends with you! Imagine being surrounded by a crowd… imagine how they completely adore you! You are a star and you’re fabulous! They can’t help by admire you and be drawn to you! Thank them for giving you that attention!

And if he never comes back? What do you REALLY have to lose? An idiot to stalk? At least you’ll stop feeling like an obsessive clown that’s allowing him to weaken the power and strength that you have if you choose to have it.

You may be wondering why learning about the NCR (No Contact Rule) is so important. After all, this page is about a very unique situation, trying to get an ex boyfriend back who has a new girlfriend. Well, the importance of NOT CONTACTING YOUR EX is crucial in this particular situation. The fact that your old boyfriend has a new girlfriend can be heart crushing and you are going to want to contact your ex very badly (and you are definitely not going to have many good things to say.)

We lived together only once before this last time, you see his mom was diagnosed with a rare cancer and he and his sister basically did it all(their dad just couldn’t handle it emtionally, I guess. I even helped with cleanings) she died slowly and painfully in the house. While his sister lived down the street with her husband he and his dad stayed there and then I moved in. It wasn’t ideal only in the sense of living under the same roof his mom died and it wasn’t our home, but I didn’t want to say anything cause she was his rock. We had our ups and downs we didn’t necessarily fight (rarely raised our voices)more like bickered and yes I nagged:/

Keep in mind that a third of currently cohabiting and a fourth of married couples experienced a breakup at one point, so if your ex is still interested there is a good chance you will be able to win him or her back.[8]

This is almost a cliche these days, but it’s no less true. The no contact move works. Simple as that. But with one proviso: what you do during this time is even more important. If you’re unsure about this step, about why it works and how it benefits, take some time to learn. It is too important to be unsure about.

I just broke up with my ex boyfriend 2 weeks ago after dating for almost 3 years. He is a nice guy and he truly loved me when we were dating. We both lost our virginity to eachother and we have had so many memories together. He wanted to marry me but I didn’t want to (although I really loved him) because we were very different. And also my mom didn’t want me to marry him because of the same reason. After our graduation (almost 1 month or more later) when we were far, he called it quits over text message. I didn’t want to end it because I was still in love with him. I was so depressed and begged him to stay but he didn’t want to because he was too hurt and also told me that I took him for granted. He told me that we can be friends but it was not easy for me. I still used to txt him saying how sad I am and how much I miss him. He used to get irritated when I txt like that. And once I even asked him if he is dating someone because I used to see him online and never txt me. I had doubted him with one of our mutual friend who used to hang out with him there. He said he doesn’t have a gf right now and later he texted me saying that he’s dating someone and told me not to disturb him… Later that night when I asked that girl(our mutual friend), she said to me that he had told her that he liked her since a year ago. I was more shocked and devastated. I stopped texting him and was so pissed at him. After few days we even fought over texts and I told him to stop texting me. Ever since I didn’t text him and stopped posting sad quotes.

Something that reminds him of you and will get him thinking about you again. This could be any number of things that would make sense, maybe only for the both of you. It could be something as simple as you walking by an ice cream shop that you two use to go to. Or it could be a song, movie, book, or a place of interest. Whatever it is, just let him know that it reminded you of him and that you were thinking about him.

Keep in mind that this does not mean you should change who you are. If your personalities are incompatible, it’s probably best to look for a new boyfriend who appreciates you for you. If, however, you have some bad habits that you can address, go ahead and work on them.

These 3 steps are based on simple psychological techniques that work extremely well after a breakup. It’s not some mind tricks and cheap gimmicks that you will use to trick your ex into getting back together. If you are planning to trick your ex or force them into being with you, you are just going to end up in another miserable breakup. This guide will teach you how to start a new relationship with your ex; a relationship that actually has a chance of being a long lasting healthy relationship. Not the same old one which ended in this breakup.

Very inspirational post. I think it is the most toughest time of life when you love someone from the depth of your heart and he/she cheats you and left by any reason. I totally agree here, moving on is necessary and you have done great job by sharing this motivational post.i think this is the best advice. Cut off contact is is best option to move on. Peter arranged to meet his wife for coffee. He brought with him his list of all the old habits that he now understood had been problematic in the old relationship. He also listed the new habit patterns he was building to replace the old ones.

basically almost every breakup advice are all the same. and it is clearly not easy for someone to just do the device. In my opinion you should talk to the expert. at least you can talk about your problem and make you feel lighter. Im having a hard time forgetting about my ex and clearly not easy at all. I wish for the best to happen for you.

Such great advice! For the first time since my bf has been ignoring me hardcore, I smiled at the thought that he’s really just a ninny ? The jerk left without a word and won’t pick up the phone when I call… No explanation just disappeared (I assume he’s my ex now?). I think I can handle ignoring him now. It’ll be hard, but this is encouraging. Thanks!
