I am already planning the first txt message. What do you think, can I use a little white lie on my first text message? Just to get his attention to reply back. Something he doesn’t find out. And if I keep it only 2 texts on a first day, I don’t think he comes back to it next day if I say on a second txt that “I gotta go”
I was also pregnant during this time and really wanted to keep my baby. After a month of him putting me down, making me cry, no support & persuading me to get an abortion he somehow convinced me to get the abortion. Which I completely regret now and adds more to my pain. He later on said that he was really scared and that’s why he wanted me to do it.
When someone treats you poorly or does something hurtful, it is a natural and healthy response to feel some anger. Anger helps you be aware of situations that are not in your best interest and can facilitate the separation process from an unhealthy relationship. But when we hold on to anger and resentment from past experiences we take them with us into the future. Nothing hurts more than when someone you love does something that causes you to reevaluate who you believed them to be. When someone betrays the trust you gave, it is painful. But letting what someone else did limit your ability to move forward means they still exert control over your life. Forgiveness isn’t about letting someone else off the hook for his or her bad behavior; it is about your emotional freedom.
i had a boyfriend we were serious now its been more than a week i did no contact or begging or crying since hes been gone he have a new girlfriend they been together for a year it broke my heart hes with another girl i really miss him like crazy i cant stop thinking about him can i get him back or its too late??
I have been divorced for 2 years now, after a 23 year marriage. I cannot get over him, I still see him lots and hang out as friends, but everything you said is true. I wish I was still married. I am a strong person, I came alone to this country from Europe and was doing great. Now, I am not so great, I like being married and it felt comfortable. Now I think I am worthless – nobody wants me and I am really afraid of a future alone. I have one 19 year old daughter who is everything to me. I feel that all my life I have lost things that were dear to me. I left my family when I was young, my husband left me and eventually my daughter will move out and start her own life which is normal. I just feel I am nobody without a man on my side, I totally miss it, I don’t know. There is my heart and then my head, two different feelings, I know all the stuff I should do but my heart is not always where it should be I still miss him tremendously. I have a hard time moving on and I know I am not free of him yet. I just miss my little family – it was comfortable and good (well not always) but now in my mid 50ties, I feel that there is nothing good coming. And yes, I work full time and also have a little part time job to kill my time as I am lonely. I do reach out to friends, but many of them are women and I miss being with guys.
In all honesty, though, if I allow another man to treat me to a nice dinner or buy me a drink and have a good conversation, it reminds me that there are other guys out there who will be nice to me. That’s very important. You need to be reminded that there are nice guys out there or you won’t be able to move on.
It is three weeks since I contacted him after No Contact rule. He has been lovely himself like a few months ago. I have initiated texting once in a while. Not everyday though as I know he is working a lot. We have got to meet a few times just quickly and he asked me twice about going for a coffee when he has time. Last week I got to know that we’ll be working next weeks some shifts together (As he is helping our mutual friend with the grocery store (our mutual friend owns the grocery store where I will start an internship) as she has some health issues. How should I handle those working situations? I really worry if I will mess up working because he is there. But then I have thought that I just friendzone him and stay calm. I have also thought if I could do some flirting. I don’t want to show him I am still interested. Should I stay more distant or give some hints?
Treat your relationship like a new one. Remember that your first relationship together was not a successful one; it ended in heartbreak. Treat the second time like a new relationship, building new rules of engagement.
I have to give this miraculous testimony, which is so unbelievable until now. I had a problem with my Ex wife 2years ago, which lead to our break up. when she broke up with me, I was not myself again, i felt so empty inside me, my love and financial situation became worst, until a close friend of mine frank told me about a spell caster who helped him in the same problem too his name is Dr ALEX. I email Dr Alex the spell caster and i told him my problem and i did what he asked of me, to cut the long story short. Before i knew what was happening my wife gave me a call and told me that he was coming back to me in just 2days and was so happy to have her back to me. We have two kids together and we are happy with ourselves. Thanks to Dr ALEX for saving my relationship and for also saving others own too. continue your good work, If you are interested to contact him and testify this blessings like me, the great spell caster email address is (email@example.com) you are the best among all the spell caster online I hope you see my testimonies and also pray for my family too..
I just wanted to acknowledge that this piece of writing was very insightful and inspiring. Sort of the exact words I needed to hear/read in order to put my thoughts into perspective. A good kick in the ass, really. Thank you for writing this!
Well i am absolutely in love with him and Im actually the one that broke up with him, because I knew he was cheating and he is still always flirting with me but he is also still flirting with the girl he cheated on me with and I don’t know what to do.
It should not be toxic, too. Your goal should be to have a better and healthy relationship that will work for the long term. Commit to taking steps that will prevent the two you from committing the mistakes you made in the past.
Don’t discount his hurt and his concerns and issues. Too often we just dismiss what our significant other says as being not the way things are, not reality. But every thought and especially every emotion has a basis and a personal truth. To him these things are worth addressing and are bothersome and if you truly love him you should be ready to listen, process and react to what he says when he is coming from an emotionally open and honest place. It’s hard for anyone to speak from those personal places and every effort should be commended as such.
Or if you want him back because you feel jealous thinking of him with someone else, think again before you decide to try to get back together. Post-breakup jealousy is normal, and this, too, will pass.
Hi there, I would like to know if you think there is any hope. My bf of eight months broke up with me saying he wasn’t sure about the next step. Things had been pretty good up until then although we were going slow. I am the first girl he’s liked in five years and his history doesn’t seem very strong in relationships. He was engaged about twenty years ago (he’s 46 now) and he thinks that’s the one time he might’ve been in love. Before he went overseas he made an announcement that I was the total and complete package for him and I thought he was going to propose and instead he broke up with me a few days later saying he wasn’t ready for the next step. He confused me so much when he did that because he seemed totally devastated to do it and wouldn’t stop crying. Then he went overseas for six weeks to visit his dying father, then he came home and we had a few romantic nights. I lost it with him a few times because I couldn’t work out where his head was at and have said some nasty things to him. Nasty to the point where I’m surprised he still speaks to me. His father died a few weeks after he got home, he had to go away again and before he left we were in a good place friend-wise. He has two friends in the city we live in and I’m one of them. He had a pretty traumatic time overseas arranging the funeral etc and I only got one email in four weeks but I knew he had stuff to do so I didn’t worry. Anyway, he’s home now and we had one dinner and drinks date the other night which went well but at the end of it he told me he can’t ever see us back together. I cried of course and told him I couldn’t be friends with him because I want everything from him and friends would never be enough. I even told him I’d thought he was going to propose. He’s pretty upset that I don’t want to be friends and I asked him to pretty much pretend I don’t exist at work (we’re in different divisions so don’t need to speak for work and it’s a huge building). He’s pretty much used to me sending cute messages every couple of days so he knows he’s loved and cared for but I’ve started no contact on him and haven’t done anything at all. He’s seen me twice at work (and I promise I looked very hot!) and looked like he wanted to walk straight over to me but respected what I’d asked for and just smiled at me. When we last spoke he kept begging me to take some time and then maybe I’d be able to be friends with him so I know it’s not his get out of jail free card and he genuinely wants my friendship but I would never be able to do it. As a side note, he’s a hoarder, is pretty messed up emotionally (even more so after his father died) and even admitted that he hasn’t washed dishes or clothes in the two weeks since he’s been home so he clearly has depression. He sleeps all day on the weekends and doesn’t seem motivated to do anything. To my knowledge he isn’t being treated for any illnesses and has never come out and said there’s anything wrong with him, he has told me the other things and even that he has rats. I on the other hand am an A-list girl and can get anyone I want but now I can’t stop crying because HE’S all I want. My question is do you think it’s worth persevering, doing NC then reintroducing myself in a non friend way and seeing if he responds or is it a waste of time after he’s said he can’t see us back together?
Peter arranged to meet his wife for coffee. He brought with him his list of all the old habits that he now understood had been problematic in the old relationship. He also listed the new habit patterns he was building to replace the old ones.
Take a break from your ex-boyfriend. You may be dying to be back with your ex-boyfriend, but the worst thing you can do is hang around him incessantly, call him, or wink at him in class until he gets the picture. If you’re always around, he probably does get the picture, but it won’t be one that he likes. Instead, you should take a breather and stop hanging around him, at least for a few weeks or longer.

The only way to truly gain the benefits of the no contact rule is to follow it all the way through. That means that if you broke the no contact rule, the only thing to be done is to start the no contact period over again.

Slowly start to date again. If your ex starts to flirt with you and picks up on the fact that you want him again, he may just ask you out again if he’s feeling it too. Or if you think he’s liking hanging out with you again, you can just be bold and tell him how you feel, and then start dating him again if he feels the same way.
Thankfully, you have reached to the right place. Start hanging out with him a bit. Start making your relationship a bit more friendly. Move on from the casual hello to a short conversation, and then even stick around and chat with him for ten or even twenty minutes. Make sure you always say goodbye first, though, and don’t make him linger longer than he wants to. This will make him even more sad to see you go. Then, wait for him to ask you to grab a coffee, or be bold and ask him for a drink.
These qualities will impress your ex, and you are giving the impression that you are not desperate for another chance. You will become the entirely different girl that your ex boyfriend will surely like.

My ex boyfriend of 3 years and I broke up about 5 months ago, he blocked me off everything, reason why he broke up with me was because of distance (he didn’t have a car anymore), he wanted to concentrate on school and wasn’t looking to get a girlfriend or anything like that. The break up was extremely ugly. I notice on social media a week afterwards he posted someone’s initials with a heart next to it which I thought he did purposely for me to see but fast forward to now about to be 5 months later and I thought I have moved on, I found out he’s got a new girlfriend around the time we broke up. In the photos they look happy. The first photo date goes far back a month after which at that time we were in the texting phase (which he was flirty) before he randomly blocked me again. Since then, no word. After finding out the break up excuse was a lie and he had someone ready for when he dropped me, it opened up the same wound and I feel extremely hurt that he lied to me. When I think back about the end, everything was adding up and he confused me by acting as if no one else was in the picture. I’m also meeting his mother for lunch this Sunday since she wants to catch up and give me my things back that he refuses to meet me to do. I feel I’m going to cry and I have no control over my emotions anymore. And it hurts that despite all this, I still care for him. I can’t get how he can quickly move on.
I hope that video provides some insight on what women are doing to win their man back all over the world. It’s hard to fathom just how important these steps are to follow until you actually implement them so you can see for yourself what kind of turnaround comes about. From what I have seen, the success rates are crazy! [otp_overlay]
