If you listen to your heart, all you will hear is that you love your ex and you want them back. Instead, try to think with your mind. Be logical. Analyze the pros and cons of your relationship. Analyze the pros and cons of your ex. Analyze what your goals in life are and whether or not a relationship with your ex aligns with those goals.(Read: Should You Get Your Ex Back?)

Be careful what you say and do. If the girl sees you acting childishly or rudely, she’ll get a clear massage that she was right about not being with you. Show her that you’re mature and polite. She’ll probably get second thoughts and contact you.

If you see her socially, like at a party, don’t drop everything you’re doing to run up and ask how she’s doing. Come up to her eventually — but let her see that you have a busy social life without her.

In other words, this would be the part where you actually attempt to get your girlfriend back. However, before I can start getting into specific steps I feel it is important to lay out the “big picture game plan” for you first.

I may be too late to get an experts’ advice on this, but lemme try. My girlfriend broke up with me about three weeks ago. I text and call her for like 20 times a day since the day of the breakup. Do I still have a chance with her if I take on this advice?

In most cases, couples break up because they fail to communicate properly with each other. If you had an unhappy relationship, then commit to preventing the same problem again by setting clear expectations.

I had a girlfriend of 4 years that started right before we both attended college. The sex was great, relationship was awesome, we both were givers. We even made it work while she attended school 7 1/2 hours away for an entire year. I recently moved 4 hours away for a job and as soon as I did, the relationship took a turn. It was a pain to get her to come visit me, and whenever I went and visited her I always had to hang with her and her friends. No alone time. We kept getting in fights and eventually she ended it by saying she wasn’t in love with me anymore. I went nuts for a few weeks until I found your work and initiated NC. She got back in touch with me after a few weeks and I arranged a date.

I went out with my ex girlfriend for 9years an have 3 wonderful kids with her we had our ups an downs the last 2 years were mostly downs an a lot of fighting we really weren’t talking so she broke up with me for about 7-8 months I did the whole crying asking her for that one chance trying to keep my family together she is really my first love I know what I did wrong an I’m trying to change an understand what I’ve done wrong well we both move out of the place we lived together she went back with her mother an I got my own place I still love her but I just found out she started dating just dating an I’ve seen a couple of women but I still have strong feelings for her she won’t talk to me an when she does she gets angry quick she gets jealous when I say I’m with a friend an she turns around an try’s to make me jealous in return why would she do that I just wanna know if I still have a chance what can I do an if I don’t should I just move on please help

If you break the actions of individuals then you will find either they are pulling or pushing someone. To show interest they ‘pull’ it and to show disinterest they ‘push’ it. When any girl rejects us, we naturally want her back and fill the gap. This is common especially in romantic relationship.

If that’s the case, forget the remainder of this Step and proceed on to the next step, because 3+ “yeses” by this point make it 100% clear to me that here we have a Category A situation. Most break ups in which the girl ended it, are this. Don’t panic, I made this site for this situation more than any other.

Didn’t hear from her for a year and a half.  I really, really wish I had run into her somewhere – she sold her home but stayed in the same town, so it certainly could have happened.  I always felt on a gut level that a legitimate accidental encounter has an entirely different tenor than initiating contact.

Be a better you – It’s time to ditch the old you! Get some new threads, workout at the gym (get the body most women want), eat right and drum some positive thoughts into your head. This will take between 2 and 3 months if you work hard. Make sure you set a schedule and stick to it!

I understand that this might be the most painful experiences of your entire life right at this moment. Trust me, I have not only been there myself. But, I have seen many people go through the some pain again and again. Once upon a time, while going through my personal breakup phase. My pain was so bad that I use to get up in the middle of the night and cry. And I know a lot many people who have had even worse times than I did.

“She wouldn’t even kill me. She just left. She didn’t even care enough to cut off my head or set me on fire. I mean, is that too much to ask? You know, some little sign that she cared? It was that truce with Buffy that did it. Dru said I’d gone soft. Wasn’t demon enough for the likes of her. And I told her it didn’t mean anything I was thinking of her the whole time, but she didn’t care. So, we got to Brazil and she was… she was just different. I gave her everything. Beautiful jewels, beautiful dresses with beautiful girls in them, but nothing made her happy. And she would flirt. I caught her on a park bench making out with a Chaos Demon. Have you ever seen a Chaos Demon? They’re all slime and antlers; they’re disgusting. She only did it to hurt me. So I said, “I’m not putting up with this anymore.” And she said, “Fine.” And I said, “Yeah, I’ve got an unlife, you know.” And then she said… she said we could still be friends. God, I’m so unhappy.”

And unlike other books and courses that provide advice on using persuasion, tricks, games, and manipulation tactics that are ineffective, this course offers counter-intuitive psychological strategies for getting your ex-girlfriend back – strategies that have been proven effective through personal experience as well as over 1,200 personal consultations with men.

By taking the initiative instead of waiting to be invited out, you’ll show your friends you still care about them. Additionally, you’ll have a greater amount of control over where you go and what you do together, which should help minimize the chances of running into your ex or anything that reminds you of her.

#11 Write her a letter. It’s a great way to say everything you want to say. Plus, it’s therapeutic for you. It also stands out, rather than a text or email. In your letter, talk about how you accept what happened, apologize for your behavior, and mention how your life is turning into something positive and exciting. The way you communicate with her via text and in calls will need to change. Given that you’re in a break up you’ve probably been doing it completely wrong, replying instantly to her messages even though she takes hours to respond to you. This has to stop and you need to start doing it right, after the no contact period. That’s why I’m going to teach you how to get your ex-girlfriend back fast by text message, although be aware, texts are only part of it.

She’s mad. She broke up with you and she says she doesn’t want to have anything to do with you anymore. It seems reasonable to give in, to apologize, to even beg her to come back, especially when your heart feels like it’s been ripped out of your chest and stomped into tiny bits.

You were never an add on or an option to me in my heart!!! You were always my one and only and my everything, and you still are!!! You’re absolutely right in saying that I love you and adore you, because I really do baby!!! So don’t be afraid that you’ll never have that again, when you have it from me now and always will!!!

Your indecision was rife throughout your letter and I found myself wanting to know a bit more about your early life – were your decisions validated? Did you grow up feeling you could make decisions for yourself? Does your ex- girlfriend tap into something – does she remind you of a family member whom you learned you had to be responsible for or could not be honest with?
