My boyfriend broke up with me over a month ago. He won’t answer my calls or texts and blocked me on Facebook. I am trying so hard to stop contacting him via text but it’s hard because we talked everyday for six months. I cry and miss him terribly and he won’t talk to me. I am trying to hard to do the 30 day no contact rule. my email is email@example.com
It is also important that we spend some time talking about how to establish contact with your ex the right way. You cannot force the issue when reaching out to your ex; it needs to feel natural to the both of you in order to avoid any awkwardness. You can do it in person, over the phone, by text or social media; but no matter what, it shouldn’t feel forced.
Hi ive been dating my partner for 6 months now. Everything was going perfect for us both.she fell pregnant and i proposed and we got engaged what we both wanted we were both so happy.she decided to have an abortion due to we both wernt financially stable and didnt plan the pregnancy.its was an emotional time for both of us individually. I unfortunately didnt show her support or comfort her during this life changing experience and i made a regretful unmeanful decision and broke up with her.we have been separated for 2 months now and we meet up a month ago caught up for 2 days she mentioned her feelings we still there altho she doesnt want any comments on a relationship at this stage. Until i become more stable and fix some issues i have in my life.I have acknowledged my behavior as i was expressing my hurt emotions and feelings towards her and i begged alittle and didny get me anywhere.. she isnt respondingto my messages or call I’ve respect our situation and havnt its been bit over 2 weeks ive made no contact, until Christmas day i wished her a merry Christmas i didnt get a reply. Im making positive changes in my life and improving my issues. I need some professional guidance and advice aswell as steps to reconnect with my ex.. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and support. Regards Theo
Make a game plan for how to deal with unmet expectations. For example, if you broke up with your ex because he or she spent too much time with friends, talk openly about how much time is reasonable and how you will negotiate with one another if you need more time with friends.
To re-attract your ex girlfriend you’re going to need your body language and general vibe to do a fair amount of the work for you. Up until now your body language has probably been submissive and weak, and that is likely a large amount of the reason she lost attraction for you and broke up with you in the first place.
The next morning she says, how the hell did you do what ya did? I said what do you mean? She said, you called me on the phone, got my anger to go away and then you came over here and ended up staying the night, and I’m like 90% ready to take you back in only one day??
Depending on how it went, my suggestion would be to continue without contact and potentially move on. If you feel this way, it means you aren’t over her yet, but she’s starting to date other people so it’s better for you not to linger behind or you’ll be feeling affected every time you see her with another guy.
Thank you for your share and I’m sorry to hear about your current situation. I know how hard this can be. I think that in order for us to answer your question of whether she’ll give you another chance, we’ll have to delve deeply into the reason behind her distance. What pushed her away and are these things fixable? If you need help identifying this and developing a strategy to turn the situation around, please feel free to let me know, I’d love to work with you.
Well, he got in a relationship a week after we broke up, we stopped talking a month before that, a week later we started talking again, it was obvious he still loves me, a week later he was mine again!
Newsfeeds will be full of picture perfect couples – getting engaged, flashing new jewelry, bouquets of flowers, etc. And I think it’s great that these men and women get to bask in the romantic glow of their partner’s loving attention on this special day.
What should I do now? I have started the no contact, but what happens after 60 days ? How should I behave when I see him again? And I’d really like to know if he still loves me, so that I know if I should really give this up or not give up.
Hi Lauren again… Well, quite some time passed by, we broke up 3 and a half months ago. I did try all this what you recommend here: waited, wrote the apology letter, asked him if we could talk about what could I have done better. This is what happened: we met for a coffee and had a good talk, just general catching up and casual subjects, however he didn’t mention anything about our relationship and I didn’t want to push him. It was a friendly time, with some sparks still there. Then we continued in email, I asked him again about what has gone wrong between us, to which he responded that it was mainly about HIM: he was too stressed about certain things in his life that had nothing to do with me. And mentioned a couple of concerns about me, but they were not anything serious. Then HE suggested that we should meet and discuss it, he will be happy to see me – but another month passed by and he didn’t seem to be able to fit me in his extremely busy work schedule and stress and I indeed knew that they had something going on in the company. I was very understanding and not pushy at all. Maybe I was way too patient and gave him too much time: tonight, I saw him with another woman, walking in town, holding hands… Now, we will still meet once, because I forgot something at his place. I am totally clueless of how to behave toward him. Shall I pretend that I don’t know anything and wait till he brings up that he already has somebody else, or shall I confront him? The worst thing is that he is one of the last men on Earth I would expect to be dishonest. What shall I do now? Now I am close to 50 and I have never been so happy with a man than with him, in fact, he was the first one I could have imagined to grow old with, and he used to be also very happy and planning a wonderful life together. And now I am in quite a shock. Thank you in advance! …

You love the person that you are with so much that you become unable to control your emotions and fall into a sort of emotional dependence to them. In other words you need their attention and validation in order to be happy or fulfilled on the day to day.
SIDE NOTE: You may feel as if I am really grilling your approach to relationships here, but as I said, there’s a positive purpose to it. You need to see what went wrong so that when you apply my how to win your ex back steps, you won’t be sabotaging the effectiveness of those steps by behaving in ways that got you dumped to begin with.
Most women have quite simple and somewhat boring lives, so she might struggle to relate to you with your travel-filled lifestyle, amazing car and massive house that you told her about. And if she struggles to relate to you because she sees you as WAY better than her, she will go cold and initiate the no contact rule on you. “He’s out of my league”. Then she initiates a break up.
Wait 30 days? See if time would heal the wounds? I didn’t want to wait and sit around hoping and trying not to be depressed. Give me a break! About to give up, I tried one more search and found a book called How To Get Your Love Back Now. It said you could get your love back starting in as few as 7 minutes using something called Emotional Logic. I was skeptical but there was a money back guarantee and I figured what the heck.
When it comes to relationship advice and psychology of breakup then you should be careful in receiving advice because there are many clueless people who don’t know anything about relationship. After breakup your friend or family member surely gave you advice something like,
The most important thing for you to do while your ex is in a rebound relationship is be cool about it. Whatever happens, do not tell your ex to break up with their rebound partners. Let it be their idea. They have a huge hole in their life after breaking up with you which they are trying to fill with someone new. They will soon realize that a rebound relationship can not fill the emptiness and they will end the relationship. (Do you think his relationship is not just a rebound? Hi! Thank you for reply. Few days ago we had short conversation,he said again that he cant effort marriage and etc. I asked him directly without any rudeness, did you found someone else? He said ” no, I dont have GF and i dont want. Then I asked him I am not yours anymore? And he said ” I dont know its complicated and dont want discuss this topic again” He always do it, keep silence and when Im asking broke up or what?? He always cant tell exactly, sometimes I even think better if he will tell me YES we broke up, I will suffer but anyway I will let go to everything and will try to focus on my life, but I will never break up with him first, and its not about I can or cant, its because I will regret then all my life, dont want remorse later. I dont understand his logic, I know he has money issues now and job not good, but also his silence and ignoring annoying me! And when Im asking does he want to break up and I will not bother him , he just replying dont know …
Acceptance is always a good thing. It allows you to focus on recovery instead of being in denial. I’m not trying to give you false hope or anything but rather, that you never know what may change. People eventually let go of past negative emotions, but just a matter of how long it may take. That shouldn’t be your focus though (whether she forgives you), but as you say to aim to deal with it and move on. Whatever happens after, happens.
Hi, my boyfriend of almost 1 year broke up with me just a week ago. It was very hard for both of us, as I love him with all my heart and he seemed genuinely upset about it too. we didn’t have a fight or anything, he just said he thinks i love him more than he loves me and isn’t sure if this is what he wants. when we left the place where we broke up, we were both very sad. yesterday i bumped into him, and he was very nice to me, we even chatted for a while about our school work. he just seemed very casual, relaxed and happy to see me. i plan on not contacting him for a while, but is this relationship already a lost cause if he seems all casual and treating me as a friend only a week after he left me? does this show that he actually never really cared enough about me?
But that doesn’t mean it won’t. Lovehoney’s sex and relationship expert Annabelle Knight explains how getting back with an ex can work out, but says there are five key questions you need to ask if you’re determined to rekindle a former relationship.
If you decide that you’re ready to get your Ex back, you should also be exploring other options. If you feel that it’s too early to go on a date with someone else, then it’s too early to fully re-engage with your Ex.
