More often than not if you have gotten this far in your conquest to get them back they are going to respond back positively. Except this time you are going to engage them in a conversation but make sure that you don’t go too fast. Remember, you still have to be the one to end the conversation first. Lets look at how a conversation like this might play out using an example from above:
It would depend on the context of how the relationship had ended and the experiences you went through together. Bear in mind that a relationship with your best friend is very different from actually being friends with that person, and if the relationship was meaningful enough, there’s a likelihood that his new girlfriend may be a rebound. He just may not realize it yet, or has been subconsciously suppressing his doubts so far. If he still feels that he can’t face you in specific occasions, there is a possibility he isn’t over you, and that makes the new relationship seem even more like a rebound. However, just take note that many factors would come into play, and you could refer to them in this article.
Women are biologically attract to men that have leadership qualities. Saying you have no plan is unattractive. If your girlfriend loses attraction then don’t blame her, it is basically in their DNA to follow men that lead them.
Perhaps it’s knowing this history that made me bristle at the musical dark comedy Crazy Ex-Girlfriend when it premiered in 2015. Crazy Ex-Girlfriend satirizes and finds humanity in the trope that gives it its title. The series follows Rebecca Bunch (played by co-creator and writer Rachel Bloom), a Harvard- and Yale-educated real-estate lawyer who rips apart her moneyed life in New York City to chase a boyfriend from her teen years, Josh Chan (Vincent Rodriguez III), to West Covina, California. Now in its third season, it’s always been a bauble of carefully spun candy, with a trace of bitter truths lurking under the surface. It’s witty, well-acted, brazenly inventive, and a pleasure to watch. It has an elasticity few other shows come close to, let alone pull off with such regularity, in the way it melds cutting emotional truths with audacious musical numbers that reference everything from Gentlemen Prefer Blondes to 1980s hair-metal bands. But I was always left cold by it. It took until season three, which takes a gimlet-eyed approach to Rebecca’s mental-health concerns, for me to realize that my chilliness toward the series wasn’t a mark of any inauthenticity I witnessed in its narrative. In fact, it isn’t that I didn’t see much of my own journey with mental illness on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend; I saw too much of myself in the overachieving, myopic Rebecca Bunch.
It takes time for people to remove negative association after a breakup and start missing their ex. You have to give it to them. Besides, you have to prove to yourself that you can live without your ex for at least 30 days. And more importantly, you have to work on yourself and become a more confident and happy person. Unless you make a positive change in yourself, your ex will not be able to convince themselves to get back together with you.(Read more about the no contact rule here.)
Take things slow, and don’t pressure her to get back together if she isn’t ready. Work on your issues and prove to her that you can be the man she wants you to be and things would probably work itself out from there.
And the answer is simple: because your goal isn’t to just get your girlfriend back but to take this relationship and make it stronger than it ever was. And that’s why I’m making you this limited time offer: to keep you updated with the most reliable information to turn your wish into reality.
Set up a meeting in a neutral, low-pressure space. Suggest getting lunch or a cup of coffee. Avoid choosing a location that’s emotionally charged for the two of you, like a cafe you used to frequent together or the restaurant you went to for your first date. It might seem like a clever move, but it will just taint the encounter and be more likely to put her on the defensive from the start.
#11 Write her a letter. It’s a great way to say everything you want to say. Plus, it’s therapeutic for you. It also stands out, rather than a text or email. In your letter, talk about how you accept what happened, apologize for your behavior, and mention how your life is turning into something positive and exciting. Start fresh. Don’t think of this as Part Two of your relationship saga — think of it as two people starting completely over while being better equipped to deal with any challenges that come their way. Though you can’t completely forget the past, there’s no need to dwell on it or rehash it. Of course, if any fond memory of the past comes up, you should talk about it, but think of everything as starting anew.
I guess my question is during this NO-Contact rule, is it ok to meet up with her possibly next week and if so is a gift ok to give? Right now, I am so emotionally torn and I don’t know what to do. I’ve just bought your books and this is a time for me to continue to develop my maturity and really reflect on what I want in a relationship but I am scared that by not giving her space to herself as suggested by the NO-Contact Rule (14-30 days) that this is a bad decision to possible meet up with her next week.
Hang in there. Sometimes people go back to their ex because they are unable or don’t want to find someone new to rebound, so they try things out again with their ex. But most likely, your ex is probably rebounding with her ex. Focus on your anxiety and calming yourself down, and just pick yourself back up, before you consider anything again in the future.

According to research, it is important to focus on the best parts of the breakup and relationship, especially how they helped you grow as a person, and let yourself forget the negative experiences. One strategy to help you do this is to spend 15 to 30 minutes each day for three days in a row writing about the positive aspects of the breakup.

If you checked one or more of the above, I have some bad news for you. None — I repeat, none — of the above ploys will make your ex-girlfriend come back to you — no matter what the other so-called relationship “gurus,” books and courses tell you.
On social media, you can take that to another level, as well. You can do things that you know she would find interesting (like skydiving or a cooking class), and post about that to pique her interest.
But a date is not a time for you to stop and stare. If you do your job right then you can have plenty of time for that later. A date is all about listening and understanding exactly what your ex is telling you.
I also forgot to mention December 4 is when she said it was done for the second time and we have been talking since then ie. me asking her to reconsider what she’s giving up if she really is finished with me and today I decided I needed help to ever get her love back ! [otp_overlay]
