Hi! I’m Charice – the girl who 5 years ago would have never believed there was ever a good excuse for fighting to get an ex back. Then, I lost someone I really cared about, all because I got cold feet and forgot how special our relationship was.
If you do not occupy your time with exciting activities, then you may end up breaking up the rule of cutting off your communication for at least thirty days. You may start having a difficult time stopping yourself from contacting him.
My suggestion, from a male perspective, having sex immediately once you meet up again may be a wrong choice. Even if you’ve been together for a long time before, it’s good to make everything seem new, and different. If he messed up, and that’s the reason you broke up, you shouldn’t make it that easy for him to get back together. Throw in some temptation.
That said, if you asked her about this, she would never admit it. Why not? She cannot. Attraction is a very primal and subconscious process that has been in place for thousands of years, so she won’t be consciously aware of why she lost attraction for you.
So one of two things will happen… he will either get his act together and clearly, unambiguously and boldly do what he needs to in order to get on the same page with you in terms of the relationship you want… or he won’t and you’ll know that it was never going to happen.
It is three weeks since I contacted him after No Contact rule. He has been lovely himself like a few months ago. I have initiated texting once in a while. Not everyday though as I know he is working a lot. We have got to meet a few times just quickly and he asked me twice about going for a coffee when he has time. Last week I got to know that we’ll be working next weeks some shifts together (As he is helping our mutual friend with the grocery store (our mutual friend owns the grocery store where I will start an internship) as she has some health issues. How should I handle those working situations? I really worry if I will mess up working because he is there. But then I have thought that I just friendzone him and stay calm. I have also thought if I could do some flirting. I don’t want to show him I am still interested. Should I stay more distant or give some hints?
My ex and I broke up four months ago after a two year relationship. I found out I was suffering from bipolar disorder and I guess lack of maturity for being four years younger than him and I could tell I was really starting to hurt him. We both agreed that we should break up so I could get better and so could he. I’ve talked to him maybe once a week ever since the breakup to check in on him, but he always says he resents me, though he still has some good memories about me and wants me to stop bothering him so he won’t lose those. I just found out yesterday that he has been dating someone for about six weeks and my heart fell to my stomach. I can’t help but wonder if he loves her or thinks she is better than me. I also wonder if, since I have to move to the same city that he lives in in a year, he would see me more grown up, stable, and successful and want me back. He says his girlfriend is dealing with her ex as well, so I wonder if their relationship would even last too long, both of them coming out of long term relationships.
When he said you ruined his life, I think he means you ruined his set up (which of course you didn’t, he had set himself up to be doomed), and if he loved his fiancé why would he need you too. Perhaps he needs to leave and join a polygamist culture where they can all pretend to love each other equally on tap, whereas you will be free to find the exclusive partner you deserve.
You will break this cycle if you reach out first. And instead of regret, he’ll probably feel even more justified in his decision to end things. Men are inherently repelled by women who infringe upon their personal space, and if you keep reaching out after he ended it, that’s exactly what you’ll be doing.
Getting her to want you back in a committed relationship is more about what NOT to do, than what to do. Because, you have the attraction back by this point from the previous steps, so all you need to do here is get out of your own way, and let the getting-back-together happen on it’s own.
I have foung your website very useful. I am approaching the end of NC that is at the same time as Xmas and my ex’a b-day and also the start of a 2-3 week holiday he is spending with his family he barely sees the whole year.
I don’t know what to do, I want to contact him every day but I know he has moved on and doesn’t want to be with me even though I am the person I was now before I broke my back. I wish I could prove it to him, but I don’t think I can.
I dead inside and out for the the last 7 to 8 my girlfriend of 4 years and the only woman ill ever love truely I feel like I can never trust again. We just had a beautiful son and she moved 160 miles away back with her mother. I tried everything I let her be a stay at home mom and didn’t ask for anything in return till I relized she never fed me cleaned the house. Witch she blamed on me not taking care of my son. Yet the place was never clean before she even got pregnant. I just got done reading a thing about emotional abuse and I’m so confused. Did she feel that I was. Is that why shes had such a easy time leaving me? cause she felt I was but honestly I feel that I am abused. Still to this da and to top it off I cant get her outs my mind. Almost every thing I see touch taste I hear the question in my head man I bet Tabatha would love this. Then I weep like a little hitch. Then smile seeing that shes happier without me atleast I think so. She makes it apparent that she wants nothing not even a chivalry friendship from me. Example this is my sons 2nd Christmas she always wants to buy him more presents then he will know what to do with. So I tell her I haven’t bought his gift yetwould you like me to get something off your list. Responds yes. Lastnight I am told I can come spend Christmas with my son. Yet I want to get her a gift as a friend and ask permission. She denies stating she only has me around for Jonah’s sake. Yet to me that contradicts basically to me it says. No Jonah will not see a proper relationship between his mother and father with respect and love. Just like she was without father. I almost feel he was driven away to look like the crazy drug addict dude that hes not I don’t know though. Growing up like that did it make it ok in her mind that she needed to leave me after getting stressed from a dirty home that I bated as well just didn’t feel my job to do if she wanted to play house and make the nest. Will this result in the same way with my son and his relationships when he grows. 2 so I get to go there no friends no family mind you I don’t have any here at home either due to my depression and choices past 8 months since she stole my son from me. Pay for somenof her presents to him and watch as what my son has learnedly to call a family open presents and be joyful as I gibe and Recieve nothing cause I’m only allowed there for my son. Sorry so long I’m breaking down and don’t have anyone in my life to confide in that dosn’t hates. Her anyway lost confused and feel like giving up I felt this was my only chance. Please help me I feel like I should go to be with my son but like I said I feel abused neglected and in turn I don’t even have my family to help me. They want me to help myself but I don’t drive I am unemployed since break up and almost feel like not doing anything is the only thing I can do. No motivation and noneone will even give me help I feel like ive been screaming for it for months now and all that got me was a DV with my brother that neither one of is violent people stuff just happens more stress more typing sorry. Help me decide see son ignore abuse or sit here in this bated town and rot either I feel will be the end of my ride. Again sorry for small book.
Lula Mai, then why did you decide to be with your current partner when you know you are still not over your ex? I think it is a bit unfair to your current partner to compare him with your past. You can never love your current partner wholeheartedly if you still cling to your ex’s memories. If you like someone just because they are attractive then for me that is a bit shallow. Looks are not important. Character is. When you fall in love with someone’s character, then it is unlikely that you will look at someone else no matter the looks.
YOU control the amount of DMV that women perceive in you, meaning you DO have the power to get her back, and to get girls hotter than her if you want them. That is why I created this website – tohelp you become the attractive man who has this power over women (and more specifically your ex), regardless of your occupation, salary and looks.

Looking good on the outside will improve your inner confidence and help you deliver a good vibe. Your ex-boyfriend will notice your happy and secure personality and he will start getting more interested in you.
So amazing! I’ve been grieving for a week. Literally crying myself to sleep every night, and sobbing while deleting all of our pictures we took together. But this has saved me. And I’m crying now because I’m so happy that i stumbled upon it. Thanks so much for sharing!
Work on yourself. Take some time to work out whatever problem may have ended your relationship, and just spend time enjoying your own company or hanging out with friends. Make a list of three flaws that you’d like to change about yourself, and slowly start to address them. It takes a lifetime to grow as a person, but even taking small steps to become your ideal steps can help your relationship.
“After my first long-term relationship ended, I spent a little less than a year being a “serial dater.” I couldn’t fully move on until another solid dating prospect had shown up. When I started to get to know one guy I really liked, there was no looking back at my ex.” —Sasha F.
With the release of our new program called How She Wins Him Back, we are giving away the ebook version for FREE! Why? For no other reason than we want you to understand these 4-steps. Because these 4-steps are the missing ingredients that cause men to either go “all in” with you. And without the BIG FOUR, men are wishy-washy. Either they go off and try to find another woman. Or they ghost you… not texting you back or calling you back for weeks or even months!
Self-esteem is about believing that you are a person of worth and that you are adequate the way you are. When it comes to relationships, it is important that you feel complete and whole as an individual rather than looking for someone else to complete you or make your life worthwhile.
This is a classic situation where many women go wrong. In an effort to avoid breaking up completely, you might agree to stay friends after the breakup. But being friends with your ex boyfriend can lead to him seeing you only as a friend, destroying any future chance to be together as a couple.
The emotions you experience post-breakup can cloud your judgement. You may feel like you’re never going to find a relationship like that again. It’s important to take an honest look at what your relationship was really like.
Peter did a lot of studying of couple skills on his own via books and a website. At the same time, he had a therapist for guidance when he felt stuck and to help him with insights and deeper subconscious change. Finding a therapy professional to help you through this kind of crisis can be helpful, provided it is a therapist who helps you to see and rectify your relationship mistakes.
Hi. I dated this guy last year , but unfortunately it didn’t work out between us cause I was unreachable and shy. We pretty much texted the whole time and met a few times. I fell for him and he said he had feelings for me too . But all of a sudden he wanted to be just friends. We had 5 months long an emotional relationship/friendship and 5 months a non-emotional one. I kinda acted out there. He started giving me less atttetion day after day and we started fighting every now and then and I got super jealous when he talked about this other girl he liked. Eventually he called the friendship off. I asked him to block my number and social accounts so we wouldn’t have contact . It’s been 4 months now and I miss him everyday. I’m madly in love with him . Haven’t heard of him for 4 months and I want him back. I can’t get over him being gone from my life. Please help. What should I do ? Why am I feeling this way.
Firstly, we believe that love is a level constant throughout our species. It isn’t, it is in a delicate balance with one of our other primary drives; fear. This balance is unique in each and every one of us. Our developmental experiences and environments determine this balance.
One time, I stopped him in his tracks by telling him the washing machine was broken. He forgot all about the beer and spent the next hour fixing our machine. He kept his mind occupied and he even soon forgot all about his depression. We went out for a meal afterwards.
So…there’s mounting evidence that Rihanna and Chris Brown are back together. They were recently spotted canoodling at an NYC club, and then showed up together at a Jay-Z concert. Plus, Chris was photographed leaving RiRi’s hotel the other night and he released a statement saying that he’d split with his girlfriend because he “didn’t want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna.” Um…okay.
Breakups are defined by choices. For example, someone can be unhappy in a relationship and face two choices. That person can either stay and try to work on things or choose to break up with their partner. I think you will find I have a very interesting perspective on breakups in general. You see, my perspective is completely different from yours for one specific reason. I am not down in the trenches like you are. Since you are reading this website you are probably feeling the emotional fallout from your most recent breakup. Here is the thing though, I am not feeling any emotional fallout from your breakup. I am more like an overseer. That gives me an interesting perspective on breakups and allows me to see things that you wouldn’t think of.
Once you’re set and committed and know you want him back and that he truly deserves you back, and both of your lives are much more enriched because of the relationship, then there is nothing at all that should hold you back. You really, really, really can win him back no matter how bad things might seem.
I have literally heard hundreds of stories about drunk dialing. Some of them really harmed a chance to get an ex back and some didn’t. However, we aren’t talking about that here. Instead, we are looking at how drunk dialing can affect your progress in getting over your ex and let me tell you, it is not a roadblock that you should have to go around.
