Whatever she said, it will almost certainly have NOT given you any clue as to what exactly went wrong. This is typical of women, but I’m a fellow guy who’s on your side, and I can give it to you straight, so here goes…

Ideally, you want it to be your ex’s idea to get back together. You just want to be yourself (attractive, fun, happy, and awesome). Do not talk about your past relationship or your breakup. It will lead to no good. That relationships is over and if you two do get back together, it will be a new relationship. There is no point digging old graves when you want to start a new life.

2. Do not stalk her or check her Facebook, every time u do fell like doing it Talk Your Self Out and every time u think of her -count till 10 and shift ur thought somewhere else positively eg, having piña coladas with naked woman, happy thought only..

Hi, I started no contact with my ex who left me 2 weeks back. I would have been 4 days into no contact today but my ex asked for some belongings back, so I felt rude not replying. It was kept short and sweet and nothing but the belongings were discussed. Does this mean I have to restart no contact?

My ex and I have been talking ever so slightly lately but nothing substantial. About a month ago I asked her in person if she was mad at me and she said yes bc of stuff I said to another person. She didn’t tell me what I said or who I said it to. Honestly I have no clue. She added how she thought it was funny how I said that we would get back together one day(she dumped me) but that I closed the door on us even being friends. She’s only 23 and I’m the only person she dated. I’m having a hard time getting her to talk to me about it. A bit afraid to ask her in person bc she’s always surrounded with her friends at work and don’t feel it’s appropriate to show up at her home. She won’t reply to a text that involves talking about why she’s upset. What do I do? What are my options here?

Oh man no doubt … ahah I tend to over think and come to think of it, I probably never saw both sides of her … maybe the whole fact that she is European got me going but since I’m going back , I’ll find another ! thanks brother I just needed to hear it from a seasoned professional ! Its just that I feel like a liar .. so to speak .. because I tried so hard, how could I just get over it that quickly ? Do you see where I’m coming from?

I say all that in the last paragraph to make the point that if face to face is how getting a girl back generally happens, then you’ll need to set up a meet with your ex when you communicate with her via texts and calls, especially after she moved on (if it seems she has).

I watched the screener for “Josh Is Irrelevant” a few days before it aired in a haze of my own depression that I had been passing off as stress. Even in this mental state, I was keenly aware of what a step forward this episode was for the series. Tonally, it was a touch more somber. In Rebecca’s shifting emotions, I saw my own history: the giddy elation of a new diagnosis she believes can solve everything, the buoyant mania that often follows a suicide attempt, the careful navigation that comes when you’ve tried to set fire to your own life and still have to move forward. When Rebecca receives an unexpected diagnosis of borderline personality disorder in the episode, I felt my heart lurch in my throat. Even though I have often spoken out against the stigmatization of mental illness, personality disorders make me fearful. Something about the word “personality” rankles me, confirming a noxious fear that the problem is oneself rather than a matter of illness.  By the time “Josh Is Irrelevant” aired, I was hospitalized in a psychiatric unit for a suicide attempt; a few days later, a psychiatrist suggested to me that I, too, may have borderline personality disorder.

Be specific. Don’t just say, “I’m sorry for everything.” Say, “I’m sorry I didn’t listen to you when you really wanted to talk. I should have been much more attentive.” She will appreciate this, and it will make you seem more self-aware.

Make sure that she is still interested – Prior to starting to exert an effort to win back her heart, determine if she still wants to be with you. Make sure that she still loves you or still cares about you before exerting an effort. Knowing that she still cares is an essential clue that will help you identify whether you can still mend your relationship.

Hello, after a relationship of 2 years with my bestfriend (since 5 years) I heard from one of his mate he was already with this girl from his class. I taught she was a rebound because 3 weeks after the breakup they already were dating. My ex told me that he would tell me if he has a new girlfriend but he never told about her. But now I think she is more than a rebound.. It’s been 2 months and they follow the familymembers on instagram. I don’t understand him, why doesn’t he just tell me he has a new girlfriend? I’m the kind of person who wants always the best for the other person. I told him I want him to be happy, even if it’s not me who makes him happy. We had a fight last month because I still had contact with one of his best friends. He told me he could not party with me on NYE because he couldn’t be drunk in the same room as me (we have a lot of common friends). I wrote him a letter to say I’m okay with the breakup and I think it’s for the best to give each other space. He didn’t respond on the letter, but after that he puts more snapchats in our friends group to make me look at it. I don’t understand him?

However she has a boyfriend that they have been together for about a year and a half. He treats her like shit, talks to her like shit and to top it off he is a fat sweaty nerd! OK here is the kicker- She is a former Texans cheerleader. She is beautiful, and Im not a bad looking guy! I have recently kicked my “bad Habbit” but she is still with this geek and I for the life of me cant figure out why she wont leave this jerk. She is my best friend.

Use your personal space. Maybe you own a home; maybe you only have half a bedroom to call your own. Whatever the case, find times and places where you can be alone with your thoughts, and let them come naturally. When you have personal space, you have no restrictions on your thoughts. Knowing you have a place where you can be totally honest with yourself will help you cope with your anger and sadness in other areas of your life.

Many texts went back and forth he stated he was in a bad place he is drinking too much and angry at his ex. he said his heart wasn’t in it with me. He asked me to give him time, he said he wanted me to meet the real him and not the angry guy he is now. He wants to bring me on romantic weekends away and surprise dates when he gets his head straight. He stated he was only dating me and had no interest in dating sites. He asked me to give him time stating he really liked me. I asked him to delete any naughty texts etc we sent each other he said he was sad deleting them and would miss spending time with me. I did did not reply two hours later he texted again asking me to give him time and said please don’t hate me. I told him to sort his head out and id look forward to meeting the real him but told him not to take too long. He said he wouldn’t as he really liked me. All his messages were signed off with an x.
