ok,I successfully scaled through the no contact rule,I initiated contact,we where getting along,I texted her three times and on the third I told her “am busy we will take later” she got pissed, what should I do now?

Me and my ex broke up a month ago she said she need space. We was together for almost three year. I really don’t know what happened we still talk on the phone everyday talking and texting we only hung out a couple of times since we broke up. Im just confused and don’t know what’s up she saying she wanna network. Can someone tell me what you think about this cause I do wanna be with her but I’m feeling mixed signals. We slept together one time since breaking up.

Spend some time looking at your relationship and figure out which parts work and which parts don’t. Bowman suggests that you take a moment to imagine a perfect day in your perfect relationship. What would this look like? How would you and your partner interact? Then create a plan of how you might get from point A (your current reality) to point B (that perfect day). Write it down if you need to, then start breaking the issues into bite-size pieces and tackling them one at a time. Before you know it, there will only be a few bite-size problems left.

Yes, I know you are suffering from those painful and hurtful feelings of breakup that you never wanted to experience. I know how you feel when your ex girlfriend say she doesn’t love you anymore, I know how it did feel when you see your girlfriend dating, hugging and kissing to new boy. I know how you did feel when you saw dirty text messages in your ex girlfriend’s mobile from her new boyfriend.

My suggestion is to complete 30 days of No Contact and spend this time to focus on all these things you’ve mentioned. Once you’ve picked yourself up from this and think you’ve at least improved from the last time she saw you, then you could contact her again if you really want her back.

Appreciating the time and energy you put into your website and in depth information you provide. It’s awesome to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same out of date rehashed material. Excellent read! I’ve bookmarked your site and I’m including your RSS feeds to my Google account.

Something else to mention here. In most cases if you are ultimately able to get your ex back, it is most likely going to happen face to face. That’s because you can affect a girl’s emotions better face to face. Because remember, as a woman she makes her love-life decisions based on emotion – so that’s why any getting back together will most likely happen face to face.

she’s on a year programe in another city, we see once in a month. which isn’t enough closure for me. she’s been on this program for about 5months now. I feel due to this she lost attraction towards me, as we only see once a month, and our calls or texts ended up in arguments.

About a week and half from now she’s leaving for a 3 month Masters program in New York. I’ve asked her to get dinner one last time, just her and I, before she leaves. Am I wrong to let her know that while I won’t ask her to make a decision now and I wont be sitting around waiting, I’d love to give us another shot when she’s back if neither of us have found something new by then? I want to let her know that while I respected her decision to take some time herself and never begged, I also never stopped wanting her.

Interpret your emotions. In the pain and confusion of a breakup, it can be easy to confuse your emotions, interpreting feelings of loneliness and hurt as evidence that you need your ex back in your life. In fact, almost everyone who experiences a breakup initially feels remorse for the lost relationship, coupled with feelings of anxiety, guilt, depression, and loneliness. Generally, the more serious the relationship was, the more severe these feelings tend to be; couples who are married or cohabiting tend to have the worst breakups, whereas those who were casually dating tend to have an easier time in the aftermath of a breakup.[2] But the severity of your feelings does not automatically mean that you should get back together with your ex.
