Actually, in my research I found that a lot of experts recommend calling (after the no contact period.) I have read multiple stories of women who have actually had some success with this method. However, I don’t like the phone for a lot of reasons. First off, it doesn’t give you time to think. The second your ex boyfriend picks up (if he even picks up) you have to be on your toes and there is a lot that can go wrong. Not to mention he still may be a little resentful about the break up.

Hey I need help! So me and my ex broke up 2 weeks ago. I tried to get her back at first but stopped after I saw it wasn’t working. I just started the no contact phase and am giving her time it’s been 3 days no contact. I’m fine with the no contact but here’s the tricky part, shes getting surgery Tuesday(4 days from now) and is really nervous. When we were together I was a jerk and didn’t make a big deal about it and it hurt her. So now what Idk is should I text her the night before and say something about it like goodluck don’t be nervo use it’ll be okay, just good luck or nothing at all? Help please!!

One of my worst heartbreaks was in late winter 2014.   A lovely, worldly and wealthy widow 20 years my senior.  She first broke up with me in early January, regretted it and contacted me the next day.  All seemed well until a super affluent guy with a second home on the coast of a tropical island lured her away for a few days.  She didn’t fall for him, so upon her return  we continued dating for another few weeks.  Then in March, a confluence of events in her life sundered us completely.  We both said hurtful things to one another, and then… she left for a two-week vacation in an exotic Asian country.  And not a word exchanged… for a while…

Long story short, been together 5 years on and off. She left 5 times and came back. I’m 36 & she’s 35. Spoke about getting weddings and family, moving out together, met each other’s families, the whole lot!

The best reason to get back together is if you still love her and if you realize that there is still a great future ahead of you. Love should be the deciding factor. It should not just be because you’re worried that you will be earning just a single income nor because of your loneliness.

And the number one thing?  Build courage, confidence, and a philosophy of abundance by specifically working on your skills at attracting women outside of your social circle.  Yes, strangers.  The truth is, the fear that we don’t have control over our love lives is the greatest source of insecurity for most men.  I wrote The Anti-Pickup Line to chronicle how I overcame that and to teach other guys to do the same.  Read it.

As they talked Peter often felt tempted to say, “and you do it too!”  He successfully refrained.  He had learned that his job was to look at what he could change, not to criticize or advise his wife.  That change proved to be one of the most potent signs to his wife that Peter was in fact behaving far more appealingly.

I want you to take things slow and only aim to get on the phone with your ex girlfriend. In other words, your main goal here is not to get a date but rather to just simply talk on the phone with your ex.

Seriously?? That’s actually what I was kinda thinking!my girlfriend left me last November and i really want her back still!!she blocked me on facebook not long ago it couldn’t of been but maybe a few days if that!until I noticed I wasn’t blocked anymore!i only message her about once every week or two!i can see that she reads them but I never get a reply!i just know that I was messing up a lot…not cheating but…anyways I also finally started a very good new job I hope this will help?

Well, one of the negatives of carrying on a conversation for that amount of time is that you don’t leave a person wanting more. Sure, if the conversation was amazing they may call back the next day. However, what if I told you that there was a surefire way to leave your ex girlfriend wanting more.

When you pick her call, number one rule is, don’t be angry, depress or rude to her. If she calls you or visits your workplace, then make sure to act happy and cheerful. Acting this way will demonstrate your higher value. Again, this will increase her ‘fear of loss’ feeling and make you look like you have moved on.

Hi am Jeff, and going through a lot after ma girlfriend became my ex.I have to say it’s all my fault because I was cheating on her and i was telling her lies I have to call myself a fool for that. Now am hopeless am going through so much pain because I truly love her and am truly in need of her,but the worst part is that she can’t pick up my calls instead she rejects my calls, she doesn’t reply to my text messages, she blocked me on facebook I can’t send a message using facebook, but she can’t black list my mobile number (blocking it).I need her and I don’t want to let go .HELP PLEASE!!

You may hear from mutual friends that he called you a bad name/s or you may get the feeling that he hates you or wants nothing to do with you. Don’t worry, he is emotional and doesn’t mean it. Besides, after 30 days he will change his tune.

They won’t be able to help but feel attracted to the positive change in your life. They will be drawn to your new, improved physical and emotional health and strength. It’s one of those things where they may not be able to put their finger on exactly what it is… but they know something is different and they like it. [otp_overlay]
