I do still have strong feelings for him and there are so many things that I want to tell him. But you said the best thing is to keep things light and emotion-free. He mentions in his email that he misses my friendship and wants to be friends. What exactly does he mean by that? And should I stay friend with him even though I want him back? I have already composed a reply to send to him which i based off of the magic letter guidelines:
My boyfriend and I broke up 2 weeks ago, and were actually texting everyday just to argue with the mistakes we had. He wants me back but I do want him to realize his mistakes first. We have 1 child, and he is so irresponsible. I do understand him because he is having a hard time to get a job but, I’m too annoyed with his attitude. Yes he is handsome and so attractive with the girls, way back a year ago, he fooled me many times, he had sex with so many girls. He hid our situation, and actually I am a battered girlfriend, and now, I can’t resist myself to say words that I know can hurt him. I don’t have trust anymore. That’s what we’re arguing about. I am very transparent with my feelings and sometimes I just do want to kill him, but I really really do love him. He is the father of my son, and I want us to be a happy family. From the past few days and months, granted that I can feel some effort from him to build my trust again but I cant move on from the past it’s because, even a little argument with the simple things makes my trauma from past gets back and I can’t help myself to say a lot of words that can hurt him. I don’t know how we can fix our relationship, and how can I build my trust again. I’m afraid that anytime he can find someone else, but I know I did my part. I can also feel that he loves me but not in the same way.. please do help me,:((
Breakup is hard as it is, especially if you are still obsessing over your ex and wondering all the time whether or not they miss you. On top of that, if your ex starts dating someone else, it’s almost feels like someone punched you really hard in your stomach (while wearing a wolverine claw). Nothing can prepare you for this feeling. But it happens. And no, it’s nothing to worry about.
And I guess I can’t help but feel like an idiot more than anything .. the fact that I went all out and now, she’s probably just laughing at how pathetic my attempt was. Kinda cut deep into my pride. Is that normal too? haha
I had a gal whom I loved and we did have sex but there sex didnt go well for us . after that when I call her we dnt chat for long . It got to a time that when I call her she didnt pick up my calls then from there we havnt talk to each other or seen each other. Its been a year since that happened. what should I do to get her back.
If you don’t have any short-term hobbies to fill in the space between projects, why not pick up some from your childhood? Nobody’s around to think less of you for working on a model kit, filling in a coin collection, or trying to beat a difficult video game.
The second is to make her jealous by dating another girl, ideally a hotter one. But again, if you’re not in the mindset to do this because you’ve got other stuff that needs dealing with in your life, then this could lead to a slippery slope to an even deeper, darker place…
Since she has felt this way, you could slowly warm back up to her. However, I would suggest continuing with NC because it may be too soon for changes to have occurred in both your lives, so if you guys get back together, the same issue might eventually surface again.
Talk. Since communication problems are the number one cause of breakups, you need to work extra hard as a couple to ensure that you always keep lines of communication open. When you get back together, you need to take time to establish expectations, especially in areas that were problems before.
The No Contact Rule- No texting, talking or stalking your ex for a full month. That is 30 days of essentially cutting your man out of your life. Remember, don’t dig into his life and don’t Google + or Facebook him.
But this book — aside from being based on my personal experiences — is also based on the experiences of over 1,200 other men. Because after it’s initial release I personally consulted with more than a twelve-hundred readers. Then I updated the course to include every possible breakup situation (and it’s solution) imaginable.

I have just recently fallen head over heals with a man and he showed me lots of love and attention and now he’s told me he’s not ready for a relationship. He still wants me in his life as a special friend and said from time to we can meet up but its on his terms only. I have read your plan so I’m going to give it a try. I have already done the texting thing and possibly came across as needy. I just miss him so much my heart aches and I can hardly breathe. I need to regain my thoughts and be calm and stop panicking. I have never felt this way about a man before maybe its because I can’t have him, who knows? He Lives 100 miles away from me so there is distance so I won’t see him … I just hope and pray this plan works but after a few months I hope to be in a better place than I am now.
Afterwards we texted for almost three consecutive days, but we both agreed that it felt weird and decided to text each other every other day for the whole day. We both have every intention of finally meeting up on Christmas. She’s said she’s really wanting to focus on school right now, which I completely respect, but I do want to get her back. I want to prove to her that I can not be a clingy, jealous, insecure guy! Are the steps we are taking the appropriate ones?
The detailed mind-maps (graphical representations) included at the end of the book will hold your hand every step of the way… through every possible scenario. You’ll never be left wondering what your “next move” should be in getting your girlfriend back.
To most looking in, Rebecca Bunch has a great life: a high powered job as an attorney in a prestigious New York law firm, great future prospects in her chosen profession, looks, brains, and money. But she has always suffered from anxiety and depression, for which she is on a plethora of pills. Those maladies are largely from being pushed by her overbearing Jewish mother, which also led to Rebecca’s father abandoning the family when she was young. When on the streets of New York Rebecca runs into Josh Chan, her boyfriend from summer camp ten years ago when they were sixteen, she remembers back to that time as the happiest time in her life, happiness which eludes her. When Josh mentions that he is imminently moving back to his hometown of West Covina, California, Rebecca decides to pursue happiness in moving to West Covina herself, telling people it’s because she got a fabulous job there, where in reality it’s to rekindle a relationship with Josh, which she believes is what will make … Written by Huggo
One of the most popular questions I get around here is “how do I get my ex boyfriend back if I cheated on him/ if he cheated on me.” First things first, when it comes to cheating you need to understand one thing. Men and women cheat for very different reasons.
Before you approach your ex-girlfriend and convince her to give your relationship a second chance, make sure that you have already spent time alone. Alone time is crucial during your break-up. Ensure that you have already focused on improving yourself and you are now really ready to make the relationship work. For this step to work, consider doing the following tips:
You both are not together now doesn’t matter if you meant to be live together. You can’t act like you are still together, keep on remembering your old memories, and expect your ex not to date someone else – this is simply not an option.
Tracing strong reactions to current life events back to their origin in earlier experiences can enable a person to identify what felt the same then and now. The healing question then is to find what in the present situation is different.
This is the easiest circumstance in which to learn how to get an ex back – a situation where one of you moved to another area, and then the long distance made having a healthy relationship impossible.
I talked with lots of my friends and dating gurus before locating Michael Fiore regarding how to get an ex girlfriend back. “Come on… She was NOT for you.” said by one of my closest friend. Many friends suggested me to MOVE ON. At 29, I have no intentions to dating someone new because I knew I have deepest connection with my girlfriend that I can’t build with any new girl.
I am afraid he completely lost his faith in it which is not a wonder if I think about it. Even I am happier without that relationship because that was a constant fight between my heart and mind. What I would like to do: start a completely new thing with him because I think we might match naturally, only I protected myself against love all along. But I am aware that human beings are not guniea pigs so it might be late. I just wanna get the highest chance to start it again if possible at all. I hurt him so many times and we had 3 breakups during 3 months. So it is almost hopeless to base a new start on good memories.
It’s time to set some bad memories on fire. Literally. Sometimes hanging on to those “Do you remember the time you did such and such?” moments are the things that lead to relationship sabotage. Instead of carrying grudges around forever, torch them. “Write them all down on a piece of paper. Then set a timer for a certain amount of time. It might be 10 minutes. It might be 30. It might be the whole day. The point is: Give yourself as long as you need to really wallow in the misery of these grudges. Savor them. Get angry about them. Mutter about them. Do whatever you need to do to get sick and tired of them,” says Bowman. “Once you are done, say, ‘I will not think about these anymore. These grudges have lost their usefulness.'” Then take a match and burn them.
Getting an ex back takes persistence, optimism and various tactics. One of the most effective ways to win your ex girlfriend back in 5 steps, is through direct physical contact. Touch her every now and then to let her know that you are interested, and make her know that you have deep feelings for her. Communication is key in the making up process.
Set a daily routine. To make the most of your time, it helps to have a schedule you can stick to. Start with a regular bedtime and a regular waking time every morning, and then roughly plan out your weekday routine.
HER REPLY: “I’m so sorry Ivan, from the bottom of my heart. The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But that’s exactly what I’m doing if I stay with you. It’s also what I’m doing to myself. I have been constantly thinking about our relationship and my feelings for longer than you realise. It’s been tearing me apart. I feel guilty for staying with you when I know I’m not reciprocating the same feelings back to you. But then I feel guilty for leaving you knowing your feelings, and not too mention that I truly care for you and don’t want to hurt you. Then there is my side and my feelings, how can I stay with someone I don’t love like that. I want to love like that, I want those feelings you have, I want to be happy too. I don’t want to go on hoping my parter cheats on me so I have some sort of valid excuse.
It was the strangest break-up I’ve ever had. I’ve never broken up out of a relationship when things were going well…. was she just putting on a mask while we were dating???…. She said she tried developing feelings for me but she just couldn’t… But her actions 100% prove otherwise… she could never keep her hands off of me!!!
When a girl stops feeling attracted to her boyfriend (or husband), the relationship goes stale for her, and if she has any dating market value left (i.e. if she’s still hot enough to draw in a decent new guy) then she will dump the boyfriend and sooner or later she’ll go get a new guy (one who she DOES feel attraction for).
Make sure she wants you back. Once you feel like you’ve grabbed her attention and have even made her a little jealous, it’s time to check in to make sure that she really wants you back before you tell her how you really feel. Though you don’t have to know how she feels with 100% certainty, the more sure you are that she wants you back, the less likely you’ll be to embarrass yourself. Here are some signs that she wants you back:
I had to end relationship up with my girlfriend (5 years living together) due the fact she found another man to entertain her and she was not willing to make the decision: me or other guy. I tried this no contact rule and she keeps calling and texting me once a day (or so). If I did not answer her contacts, she is getting very upset and sends me irritating messages (like blaming me that I can’t be trusted in serious situations). If I answer her because I assume that there was a really serious reason that she would call me, but there isn’t. If we talk about weather and general stuff, it is fine. If or conversation goes to us or our past, she gets upset and tries to end the call. Last conversation she hinted me that if I would not call her more occasionally, I would waste my opportunity. She even encouriged to call her any time.
Personally, it’s been quite a long while. It may be worth a shot to try contacting her once more and you could be honest and explain the situation back then and apologize for it, then see if she’s willing to still stay friends.
Man I really need some help. My girlfriend and I just broke up after seven ears and I don’t feel right. I want it all to work out and so did she but now she is saying we are done and not together. We thought giving each other a month would work. But I fucked it up, I think by trying to see her. I know I shouldn’t see or talk to her. It’s just pretty hard not to. I know I need to work on myself but I want us to work so badly. People do say if it was meant to be it will work. I’m just scared because I don’t want her to see other people. What to do about this? What can I do to actually make this work again?
In New York, when the shy and lonely project manager of a design firm Matt Saunders meets Jenny Johnson in the subway, he invites her to date and have dinner with him. Jenny immediately falls in love for him, they have sex and she discloses her true identity to him, telling that she is the powerful superhero G-Girl. After meeting his co-worker and friend Hannah Lewis, the needy Jenny becomes jealous, controlling and manipulative, and Matt follows the advice of his best friend Vaughn Haige and dumps her, breaking her heart. Jenny turns Matt’s life into hell, while he has a romance with Hannah. However, the archenemy of G-Girl and former high school sweetheart of Jenny, Professor Bedlam, proposes Matt to lure Jenny to strip her superpowers. But I cannot stress the bottom line enough: The No Contact period is the most important stage of this process. If you don’t do the serious work there, you won’t see a lot of progress with your ex. And even if for some reason you do nothing in No Contact and you DO get your ex back, I’m 95% sure it won’t last. Sorry.
