The best thing you can do for yourself is take great care of you! Eat, sleep and exercise! Keep social connections with family and friends go do amazing things ….go on that hike, see an iceberg. See a play, go to the beach…experiences make your life blossom! IF you get stuck set goals and above all live each day fully! Work, live and play with zest! Which of course what you would tell your friend should they ask YOU the same question..always be kind to YOU?
Guys generally do this because it’s much easier to ignore feelings of attachment than it is to deal with or work through them. In time he knows those feelings will fade away, but for now he’s content to leave them on a shelf.
If you always wonder and worry that they have already moved on, you are right: they already moved on. If you don’t believe that you’ll get back together, well, guess what? The Universal Mind says, your wish is my command.
For years after the end of a five-year romance, a young woman described how she continued to revisit loving memories she had of her ex, the special ”bubble world” they had created together. She remembers their first Christmas together alone in their tiny studio apartment with a found tree branch for a Christmas tree and small gifts they had made for each other. Although her ex broke up with her, recollecting the feeling of closeness she found in this relationship enabled her to remain connected to the loving part of herself.
I have to give this miraculous testimony, which is so unbelievable until now. I had a problem with my Ex wife 2years ago, which lead to our break up. when she broke up with me, I was not myself again, i felt so empty inside me, my love and financial situation became worst, until a close friend of mine frank told me about a spell caster who helped him in the same problem too his name is Dr ALEX. I email Dr Alex the spell caster and i told him my problem and i did what he asked of me, to cut the long story short. Before i knew what was happening my wife gave me a call and told me that he was coming back to me in just 2days and was so happy to have her back to me. We have two kids together and we are happy with ourselves. Thanks to Dr ALEX for saving my relationship and for also saving others own too. continue your good work, If you are interested to contact him and testify this blessings like me, the great spell caster email address is (firstname.lastname@example.org) you are the best among all the spell caster online I hope you see my testimonies and also pray for my family too..
No matter how many things you do to get over him you won’t truly get over him until your soul lets you and the only way that your soul will let you is with time. Each person is different. Some people can get over someone in a matter of months, others can sometimes take years. I wish I had a chart that I could give you to tell you exactly how long it will take to get over your ex but I don’t. It is an impossible thing to measure.
He said I was his first and best girlfriend. After no contact, he did realise all the things I did for him and how I was a great girlfriend. We decided to have another talk next year in february to give eachother, especially me, some space. I do want to be with him in the future, but I don’t understand if we are just stringing eachother along because it’s hard for both of us to let go.
If you start to get back together and you slowly start to notice that it seems as though he is in it for the wrong reasons, it is best that you re-evaluate your position and move on if you have to. In the end, you need to have a strong and healthy relationship that will allow the both of you to be happy and thrive.

The only way to truly gain the benefits of the no contact rule is to follow it all the way through. That means that if you broke the no contact rule, the only thing to be done is to start the no contact period over again.
There are time tested, proven strategies that you can start implementing immediately to get him back regardless of your past with him and no matter what might have caused your breakup. You CAN learn to win him back and get him back for good. Trust me when I say we (men) are easier to win over than we let on to be.
You have to understand that you can’t get your ex-boyfriend immediately that is why you have to start working as soon as possible. Having job will give you a great reason to go out of your house. It will also keep you busy, and ultimately you will give up your old bad habits if you have any.
If you want to get back together with your ex, you need to understand the real reasons why you broke up and objectively assess if these are things you can deal with and resolve. Some problems simply can’t be solved and in those cases, you need to honestly decide if it’s something you can live with or not.
My boyfriend broke up with me 2 weeks ago kind of out of the blue. We’ve been slowly declining for a while, and I would bring up the fact that I felt like things weren’t going good all the time, but he always ignored my pleas for better communication. It finally came to a head and I broke up with him, and then quickly took it back the next day and we decided to get back together. Things seemed to be going really well and then he broke up with me, also saying he needs time and space. During these 2 weeks I’ve come to realize that a lot of the problems were me. I was so emotionally dependent on him, and I would turn negative if I couldn’t be with him. He was my source of happiness and I didn’t realize that until that was gone. I’ve been working on recognizing my problems and fixing them, because in the end I want him back. I really believe that now that I know what the problems were that he never told me during the relationship, if we were to try again, it would be really successful. I broke no contact a few times and was regrettably desperate in asking for him to come back and work on things, to which he kept saying he needs time and space and he’s taking that for himself. I don’t know if I should wait for him to reach out since I’ve reached out so many times (but will not anymore!!) But I’m afraid he won’t and will just move on without me. The fact that he said he needs time and space makes me believe like he wants to revisit the idea of us getting back together, but that may just be me overthinking it. I just want him to see all the progressive I have been making so he can realize even though I may have lost my way and gotten too attached, my intentions were always pure and my love was always real. How do I get him back?
Hi everyone I’m so thankful to have found this site! I’m only 23 but my relationship of 3 years ended suddenly 2 weeks ago. My boyfriend and I started living together 6 months back and thought it was going really well. One day we were arguing over something silly that quickly escalated. He said he needed time alone to think and we didn’t talk for 3 days. Finally he said he was ready to talk and told me he was no longer happy or in love. I was blind sided and devastated. My entire life crumbled and I felt like I lost everything. A few days after I heard through my sister he was seen with a girl whom he had been playing online video games and met through coworkers. He has been living at her apartment ever since the breakup and I feel even more devastated to know he moved on so quickly. I feel like our entire relationship was a lie and he no longer cares for me. Even though he ended things before he started physically seeing her it hurts to think of it so soon after. I am having good moments when I see my strength and self love, but every time I think of him with her i feel nauseous. A part of me still wants to try and work things out with him, but I don’t think he feels the same. I have started the no contact rule and so far we have only talked in regards to logistics about the apartment. I see his social media posts with the new girl and he genuinely looks happy and is smiling and laughing which is gut wrenching. Should I let go of the hope of fixing things? I want to try couples therapy but I think it’s too late. Has he moved on or is this a rebound to take his mind off stuff? Thanks!

How can you prevent this? Really, change. Make him change too. When you become better, you have the right to expect him to get better too. Build a relationship where you grow and improve together as individuals and partners, not enemy’s that slow each other’s progress down. He is not yours and never will be, not even when you both have a ring on your finger, so don’t view him as a thing you’ve got a right over, like owning a car or your shoes.
It’s great to show that you are a high value man (read: masculine, charming, witty, adventurous etc). But if a guy ‘overshows’ his value (i.e. he demonstrates cool things about himself too often), it will backfire on him.
