Get in shape- There is no argument that you can make to me to say that this isn’t a good idea. This is especially true if (no offense) you are a little overweight. However, even if you are a workout fanatic don’t let your breakup change that side of you.

In our last lesson we discussed how to overcome the unattractive, irrational thoughts that have us dwelling in negativity and self-pity. A lot of those irrational thoughts can be overcome just by realizing that you don’t really need your ex as much as you think.

If your ex is the one getting in touch with you, things become more complicated. It’s best to avoid her as much as possible, if you can. Try to explain to her that you need more time to get over her. If she still cares at all, she’ll do her best to respect your wishes.

I met a girl in my work place and we became good friends…she had a bf from college but she was not in good terms with him I mean he had a ex gf and he was nbreaking u. With her and she. Was not sure of him..I asked her to breakup rather than taking it this far..with no intention of us being committed.. Later we became close and got into a relationship known only to my friends and her ex.. After 8-9 months of things going peaceful it started to take a violent turn she still used to talk to her ex sometimes bt later it was on a regular basis now she brokeup with me and is back wit. Him… I am shattered what to do????

You were never an add on or an option to me in my heart!!! You were always my one and only and my everything, and you still are!!! You’re absolutely right in saying that I love you and adore you, because I really do baby!!! So don’t be afraid that you’ll never have that again, when you have it from me now and always will!!!

You just started dating a new guy. You are in that honeymoon phase and everything is great. You are constantly complimenting him and giving him acknowledgment that he is wanted by you. Basically he loves hearing that you are interested in him. However, as time goes on things begin to change. You don’t compliment him as much because you don’t need to land him anymore. This is when the problems begin for him.

Me and my girlfriend been together for 14 months. We almost had an baby. But the baby died. After 3 weeks she started to act different. I called her horrible names like 6 different occasions. Now I text her she doesn’t even text me back. I call her shell call me a couple hours later. I love her so much. I text her in the morning that I apologize. Saying nice sweet stuff. Then when I wanna break up with her. She gets so mad at me. She don’t even wanna see me like that. It hurts me so bad. What should I do.

Not every woman is going to act super upset or angry that you aren’t contacting them. That doesn’t mean that they aren’t feeling it inside it just means that they are doing a good job of hiding it on the outside.

I decided to chime in here quickly, according to Kris S the girl did not really “cheat” on him but rather “messed” with fellow guy he didn’t like, AFTER the break-up. That act he considered unloyal and therefore he’s feeling not respected. In this case, I would consider this as a rebound relationship in order to get over the relationship with you, Kris S, and you shouldn’t feel bad about it. Eventually she’s free to do what she wants apfter the break-up and it has nothing to do with you but with her.

Your relationship with a special guy has come and gone, but now you want him back. It’s not unheard of for a couple to get back together after they’ve taken time away from each other, so don’t give up hope. Just be sure to put plenty of thought into the reasons you broke up before attempting to get back together, as this can help you make the relationship work the second time around.
