I sincerely appreciate your understanding and support. Regards Theo

It’s been a little over three months since my ex and I broke up. I’ve completed no contact and given my ex space, a task someone difficult because we work together. I never begged or been pushy did the right moves based on advice given on here and other places. She’s still will barely talk to me and will barely reply to text messages. Typically she’ll reply to the initial message, but getting a second reply doesn’t happen much. Back in September I purchased a Christmas gift for her and even though we broke up I still sent it to her on Friday. She replied thank you for the gift. You didn’t need to. Merry Christmas! Attached to the gift was a clean slate letter. She made no mention of it. I told her she was welcome for the gift. I asked her if she was going to be up for talking soon to clear the air. She never replied back. She isn’t seeing anyone, nor did we have a bad breakup. Since the breakup I have found out that she is mad at me about something I said but I don’t know what I said or who I said it to and she won’t tell me. We’ve had some positive interactions as of late at work, but she’s got a wall so high up now. Where do I go from here? Three months, no contact completed, clean slate letter given, space given, showed activity on social media sites as well and not much recoconcilation has occurred. What can I do? Or is it time to accept the fact that I’m not going to get her back?

Hi Ryan, I’ve been feeling anxiety lately due to my ex has been dating her ex before me lately. It hurts so bad and its killing me because I love and miss her so much. Feels like she moved so fast and doesn’t care about what we had, which is crazy to me. We had such a strong connection, yet she seems un phased with moving on. I feel like she is slipping away from me more and more each day. Like I should be pursuing her now. I remember she told me once she likes persistence chase after her. To see if you’re willing to work to get her. I asked her before the nc thing started if she wanted me to stop chasing her. She said she wasn’t sure if she did or didn’t. my heart hurts because she spent Christmas and will spend new years with this other person. We were suppose to spend these times together before the break up. She text me yesterday and sent a photo and asked if I remember where it was from. it was a pic from a place we use to eat at all the time.. I replied yes..i couldn’t tell if she was missing me or just letting me know she was at our place to eat with someone else.. I really want my girl back soon! 🙁

The Ex-Factor Guide even contains the specific mistakes that you should avoid doing if you want to boost your chances of making your ex-girlfriend come back. By strictly following all the information gathered in the Ex-Factor Guide, you will gain a positive response from her, which is a big help in improving your confidence significantly.

Your relationship with a special guy has come and gone, but now you want him back. It’s not unheard of for a couple to get back together after they’ve taken time away from each other, so don’t give up hope. Just be sure to put plenty of thought into the reasons you broke up before attempting to get back together, as this can help you make the relationship work the second time around.

After Rebecca’s breakdown, in Crazy Ex-Girlfriend’s latest episode, the midseason finale, she says to her psychiatrist, “My whole life I’ve only known how to be like really good or really bad, but being human is living in that kind of in-between space.” I was struck by Rebecca’s burst of self-awareness because it reminded me of statements I had said before to psychiatrists and therapists, my mother and my friends. I have always been painfully aware of the internal and external factors that have come to form my illness. I can easily talk about my black-and-white thinking, my father’s abuse, my mother’s emotional manipulations, and my masochistic tendencies that make my episodes worse. I can tell you all about how I have defined myself far too much by my diagnosis. I can speak eloquently about how I have grown to long for depressive episodes because being well feels undeserved, even unnatural to me. I can tell you how the thrill of mania has a siren call that I all too easily respond to. What’s difficult is what comes next for women like Rebecca and myself: recovery. Cinematic history has never been interested in the recovery process for madwomen, only their downfalls. No matter how self-aware you may be, it’s an endlessly difficult process. There are no easy answers, no brightly lit musical numbers to lose yourself in — only the painful negotiation of letting go and rebuilding. That’s why I am so curious to see what happens next on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. The series has always been intelligent about how it handles its characters’ issues with surprising pathos and dark hilarity. Its creators have discussed poring over books on borderline personality disorder and are aware that recovery is not a swift process. As co-creator and writer Aline Brosh McKenna told Vanity Fair, “It’s a very long struggle, and a lot of people pass through it, but it can take a very long time — and Rebecca’s issues are very deep-seated.”

It has got to a point now that I have told my girlfriend that we need to have a break so I can sort myself out. She has moved out and I do miss her a lot. However, as my ex is in a bad place at the moment, too, I have promised her I am going to go and see her so we can talk. I just don’t know what to do. I feel I should talk to her and it would give me the opportunity to see exactly if there is anything there. The space away from my girlfriend, I hope, would make me realise that she is the one for me and come back to her in a happier place where I feel I can be happy and give 100%.

Women will always find a man who is fit more attractive than a man who has let himself go. In fact, one of the many reasons a girl may have broke up with you is because you stopped taking care of yourself.

I’m sorry that its been more than a month I haven’t tried to call or anything, because I just couldn’t think what to say, besides sorry. I just didn’t know how to say it or what to say, I guess I still don’t. I know I broke up with you when it wasn’t the best time for you and that was selfish of me, but I still needed to and it was hard for me. I’m really not happy with how I left things, and wish I could be friends with you still, and also just want to know how you’re doing. I understand if you’d rather not be friends, but I miss your friendship and I just really hope you’re doing well. I don’t know, get back to me if you want, whenever even if it’s a long time or not at all I understand..

The way you communicate with her via text and in calls will need to change. Given that you’re in a break up you’ve probably been doing it completely wrong, replying instantly to her messages even though she takes hours to respond to you. This has to stop and you need to start doing it right, after the no contact period. That’s why I’m going to teach you how to get your ex-girlfriend back fast by text message, although be aware, texts are only part of it.

Problem is right now we are not really talking. We have not spoken except in very formal text messages (finalizing the breakup) since the day he said he wanted to break up with me. It’s been about two weeks. He said that he would be willing to meet with me but seemed really defensive that I might just try to beg and plead again. I’m worried if I see him he will just keep trying to shut me off, even if that’s not what I’m doing..

After the one month of zero contact, which is also the time you used to improve and focus on yourself, then maybe it is the right time to take action. If you realized that getting back with her is the best thing that you can do because you still love her and you realized that she still feels the same, then the following tips will definitely increase your chances of winning back her heart:

After a week of no real communication we got together for a chat where he said that he didn’t want to cut me completely out of his life but didn’t want a full-on relationship at the moment but proposed that we began dating again to see if we could “reignite the spark” with no real idea of where it might lead. It could lead to us getting back together it might not… but we would be exclusive to each other .

A while back I was dating someone and it always seemed that we would fight over the silliest things. Now, I like to think that I am generally a calm person but for whatever reason my girlfriend and I would always fight. So, I went to the most trusted of friends for advice, my dad. He explained to me that a relationship is like a bank account. Every time you have a good experience or something of that nature you are putting money into the account. However, every time you have an argument or a fight you are taking money out of the account. The key thing here is to have more green deposits than red withdrawals in your relationship bank account.

I saw many boys who change their opinions, likes, dislikes, hobbies, style etc just to impress his girlfriend. They think by doing so their girlfriends will like them that is completely wrong concept.

Let him see how you’ve changed. As you start hanging out maybe once, or twice a week, let him see that whatever quality he didn’t like about you or your relationship is no longer there. If he thought you never listened to him, give him a chance to talk more. If he thought you were too clingy, let him see how independent you’ve become.

It is good to avoid talking about previous relationship and don’t put blame of previous breakup on your ex girlfriend. This will raise her defense level and it may be possible your meet up ends up on arguments and disagreements that you never want.

Remember to be yourself. Though if you needed to make a dramatic change (for the better) to be in the relationship, then so be it, but you shouldn’t walk around like a dog with his tail between his legs because you’re so set on making up on whatever hurt you caused that you can’t relax. In the end, your girl started dating you the first time because of who you are, so don’t forget to let her see the parts of your personality that she loved the most.

It is because for relationships to reach that long, a real and emotional connection is necessary, and that might be present in your relationship if it took a long time before it finally ended. However, this does not necessarily mean that just because your relationship with her is short, you no longer have a chance to bring her back to your life. It is still possible provided the two of you established a deep emotional connection no matter how short your relationship lasted.

“Forgiveness takes places when you honestly feel good for someone else. It takes place when you restore your relationship instead of avoiding it. Forgiveness takes place when no past actions hold a present bearing. Forgiveness becomes real when hate replaces love.”

If you and your ex recently broke up, take a break and focus working on any problems that might have led to the breakup. When you feel ready, make him notice you by going to parties he goes to or posting fun things on social media. Ask him to casually hang out, but make sure to always say goodbye first – you want to make him sad to see you go! As you hang out, read his body language to see if he seems interested, and try flirting with him if he does! For tips on keeping him this time around, read on!

Give your ex some space. If you want to win your woman back, the worst thing you can do is call her constantly, text her every two seconds, or even follow her around everywhere. Though “out of sight, out of mind,” is true to an extent, you should start off by giving your ex some breathing room so she can have some time to reflect, enjoy her privacy, and regain enough emotional strength to want you again.

I recommend you to follow NO Contact for at least four weeks because after four weeks your ex girlfriend is most vulnerable and lonely. It would take a lot of efforts from your side for not to contact her but if you stick to the plan, she will be one who will contact you. If she doesn’t contact you, don’t worry it is still completely fine.

Now, I get that the only reason you came to my website is because you want your ex girlfriend back. Trust me I get it but you know what. Right now you are single and rather than sitting around the house and moping around I want you to take the opposite approach.
