These regrets, thoughts, and feelings are very meaningful; they reflect our personalities and our emotional needs. We need to pay attention to them and to find a way of integrating them in our current and future relationships.
Long distance relationship, We dead-loved each other for one year and then I broke up. She left immediately and I missed her for two weeks and texted back. Three months I didnt care, She kept texting and called. slowly she came up with this breakup thing. All of a sudden she declared breakup and I couldnt digest it. I begged her for 2 weeks. Will she get back? How long should I wait?
Arriving at that moment is the hard part. It takes time, patience, and many individual steps. Some of these steps can be tricky, and you’ll need to tread very carefully to avoid making the wrong moves and bad decisions that will destroy any chance of a reunion. Making just one big mistake during the reconciliation process could undo weeks of repair, and there’s always the chance you might lose him forever. Getting back with an ex requires you to be extremely cautious with what you do, what you say, and exactly how you act around him post-breakup.
He can walk away and probably will if you treat him as property. Instead, view him as a customer. You want to make a loyal customer out of your boyfriend that isn’t forced to buy at your shop, but loves to “shop” at your store because he gets treated better than anywhere else. He then grows to need you, love you, and want you – every single day.
Our relationship was so strong and it just doesn’t make sense that it’s over. He was so in love with me and couldn’t even stand a day without saying he misses me. And even about two hours before he started ignoring me, we were talking like normal.

I dont knoe what to do
Start hanging out with him a bit. Start making your relationship a bit more friendly. Move on from the casual hello to a short conversation, and then even stick around and chat with him for ten or even twenty minutes. Make sure you always say goodbye first, though, and don’t make him linger longer than he wants to. This will make him even more sad to see you go. Then, wait for him to ask you to grab a coffee, or be bold and ask him for a drink.
i cant seem to forget about my ex i tried all the tricks in the book , worse even went to as far as going to traditional doctors . he is dating someone else now and he is truly in love with her he said we should give us a try but he treats me like 2nd best to i really deserve this…? how do i move on its almost year now but am still holding on.
Last April we had a falling out when he started dating this girl. Didn’t talk at all for 2 months. And only here and there to get a couple of my things when he moved. Early September they broke up and he messaged me. We talked and he told me how lonely he’s felt and that he’s been living a forced life and missed having a connection. We hung out once. They then got back together after a couple days and he blocked me on just about everything. I was able to speak with him once and he did that to try not to be tempted with me. He unblocked and refriended me aftee that. But it sounds like his gf is emotionally abusive and controlling. He told me he’s not allowed to talk to girls especially exes and he has to make her happy. And that he can’t talk to me bc he didn’t want to get “stabbed”. I’ve never heard him sound so defeated.
Usually I tell women not to let themselves go because most men don’t like having a… “big boned” girlfriend. However, your situation is different since you have accepted that all you want to do here is to move on from your ex. I am telling you not to let yourself go in this case for your own health. You are at another fork in the road (yes, I pulled out the analogy again.) You can let the breakup beat you OR you can beat it.
Step 3 – Show your ex boyfriend that you’re thriving in life after the breakup. Make yourself more appealing and more attractive to your ex so that he second guesses his decision to end the relationship. Improve yourself and your own life by doing things like being social, going to the gym, buy new clothes, working on your goals in life and school, and so on.
“A lot of singles can’t completely come to terms that it’s over,” Tebb says. “So you’re maybe holding to the idea that you can still fix it. You don’t want to let go because you’re focusing on the positive times [in the relationship] and you’re not really focused on where you went wrong and why the relationship ended.”
You are a very nice woman and you are meant to be cared, loved and pampered with care. your husband must never make you cry because you are a nice woman with a good heart my heart tells me. I always obey the request of my heart because it has never led me wrongly before. My heart is my guide.
Being a happy and confident person is probably the most important thing when it comes to getting your ex back. You need to realize that happiness and confidence is something that you can get by working on yourself. Here are a few ideas that will help you gain more confidence and become a happier person.
It’s possible that your actions with the other guy caused your ex to break up with you. In what ways did your ex feel that you were interested in the other guy? It’s also possible that your ex is using this guy as an excuse to break up with you so he can quickly be with another girl. Whether or not this girl is a rebound or not, I would give it some time to see how this plays out. In the meantime, stay away from drama but go about your social life to get your mind off the breakup.
Why is this the easiest? Well it’s not as hard as other circumstances, like for instance getting a girl back from another guy. You only broke up due to distance, meaning that the attraction she feels for you is still present. In fact it might even have increased, since women get off on desiring what they can’t have (you). Even if it seems impossible, it can be done.
