One of my worst heartbreaks was in late winter 2014.   A lovely, worldly and wealthy widow 20 years my senior.  She first broke up with me in early January, regretted it and contacted me the next day.  All seemed well until a super affluent guy with a second home on the coast of a tropical island lured her away for a few days.  She didn’t fall for him, so upon her return  we continued dating for another few weeks.  Then in March, a confluence of events in her life sundered us completely.  We both said hurtful things to one another, and then… she left for a two-week vacation in an exotic Asian country.  And not a word exchanged… for a while…

Find out whether your relationship ended on bad or good terms. If you’re in bad terms, then you may need to exert more effort to show her that you are indeed willing to change and work on your relationship without bringing back the past hurts and issues. Also, it is important to spend time analyzing your feelings for each other when your relationship ended.

Once you accept that you and your ex aren’t together, then you have to start learning how to get your ex back. You have to simply start from the beginning as you can’t undo what you have done and what you have said.

Many people think that their breakup was a mistake, despite your feeling about the breakup but you should understand it occurs for a reason. You will never get your ex back unless you discover the exact REASON of the breakup. Don’t contact your ex without knowing the exact cause of the breakup.

The woman i love more than anything on earth broke up with me over something in the past when we weren’t together which I’ve told her the truth over and over again but she doesn’t believe me when i tell it to her she thinks I’m a liar. But i gave her space and everything so she can be alone we broke up about 6 months ago now also. Im her first love she is mine but now she has been texting me saying she is so in love with another guy and she is over me and everything but she calls me wants to know if I’m talking to women and everything like she still wants me but she swears she is in love with another guy. This breaks me down because when i love someone i give them everything.. i just want to know what to do?? I love her and was about to propose to her then this popped up… Whats your opinion??

I had to end relationship up with my girlfriend (5 years living together) due the fact she found another man to entertain her and she was not willing to make the decision: me or other guy. I tried this no contact rule and she keeps calling and texting me once a day (or so). If I did not answer her contacts, she is getting very upset and sends me irritating messages (like blaming me that I can’t be trusted in serious situations). If I answer her because I assume that there was a really serious reason that she would call me, but there isn’t. If we talk about weather and general stuff, it is fine. If or conversation goes to us or our past, she gets upset and tries to end the call. Last conversation she hinted me that if I would not call her more occasionally, I would waste my opportunity. She even encouriged to call her any time.

Talk about kissing. It is possible that your partner may not be thinking about kissing. You can bring kissing to their mind (and encourage them to kiss you) by bringing up the topic of kissing in conversation.[10]

I lost my girlfriend dec 28th due to commitment issues I desperately want her back she met someone new jan 5th I did all the wrong things tues 16th I discovered your web page and started to 30 day no contact rule sat 20th her two friends have made contact with me please help me win back the women I love and wish to spend the rest of my life with

Initiate contact. When you’re ready to start spending time with your ex-boyfriend again, casually ask if he’d like to do something as friends, like having a drink, attending a sporting event, playing a game you both like, seeing a movie, or hanging out at the mall. Act like a friend, not a girlfriend.[6]

She hasn’t moved on as far as I am aware but made signs that she was starting to get used to being “single” Therefore I consider this point in time the final attempt to salvage. I have dug deep and think she is worth it but want to avoid a repeat. She Will not firmly say it is over and avoids all discussion and attempts to get third party assistance or support. She still states she did nothing wrong. I think there could be undiagnosed mental health issues as the theme throughout the relationship has been there, just not quite right.

The fact is… ploys, tricks, mind games or any form of manipulation and persuasion that you might have heard about do not work on a lasting basis. While they could be effective in getting your ex-girlfriend back temporarily, she’ll be gone again as soon as she sees the reality behind the ploy. Worst of all, your ploys could backfire on you — and repel her away from you for good.

Girlfriend of 6 years left me a little over 3 months ago. Our last year had been a little rough as we had become too comfortable, lost a lot of excitement and stopped challenging ourselves to be better.

To ensure that you are doing the right thing of winning her back, ask yourself if it is really your ex-girlfriend whom you miss or is it just the feeling of having a girlfriend. Do you think that she’s the only one for you – the only girl who can make you feel good about yourself and be happier and more secure? Can you imagine a bright future with her?

Im wondering if anybody can help me through my situation. I recently broke up with my girlfriend and I want to get back with her, i need good coaching and advice. She is at college(an hour away from where we both live, we are both freshmen this year). She broke up with me the first week she left. She claimed i was super clingy and the embarrassing part is I know I was and I am fixing it. She claims to have found another guy, but her sisters who really want us to get back together said that she is only friends with this guy. They said she hasn’t been herself since she left. I have not contacted her since then. It was on Aug 20th when we broke up. We dated for 3 weeks but we were really great friends for quite sometime and we have had a couple of run ins where we bumped heads previously and we forgave each other. I was wondering if anybody can help coach me to win her back in 4 weeks. I have not contacted her since the breakup.

Your best bet here is to take out a sheet of paper and write down all of the things that you have ever appreciated about your ex so you have an inventory to dive in. Oh, and don’t write down just general things. Be as specific as possible.

I am sorry if my reply was not very coherent. I do realize that I should not be so worried about what to send, that a single message can make it or break it, but at the same time that is what your website is about, the reality is that it does make all the difference.

And now onto phase 3, which is re-attraction. Now it’s time to arrange an in-person meeting. Get a chance to meet her in person and flirt with her. This could be something like going out for coffee or going out for a couple drinks. The goal here is to reignite the flame and flirt like crazy!

Nagged To Death = A man looks at this as if his woman no longer is satisfied with what he has to offer or bring to the table. This doesn’t mean you can’t always express your feelings you just need to do a better job at mixing them in with love and admiration for him.

Accept that it might not work out. When attempting to get an ex-boyfriend back, you need to realize that it may work out, but it may not. Even if you successfully get your ex back, there’s no telling that your relationship will end up lasting. Prepare yourself for this beforehand to avoid being blindsided by heartbreak a second time.

Instead of doing that I want you to handle this breakup with class. Sure, your heart may be broken on the inside but when you are in a room with your ex I want you to hold your head high. I want you to be nice and kill her with kindness.

… these common, but very ineffective, tactics RARELY ever work. And, if by some small chance they do work – it will only be a matter of time until you guys break up again because these tactics don’t even begin to fix the problem.

A while back I was dating someone and it always seemed that we would fight over the silliest things. Now, I like to think that I am generally a calm person but for whatever reason my girlfriend and I would always fight. So, I went to the most trusted of friends for advice, my dad. He explained to me that a relationship is like a bank account. Every time you have a good experience or something of that nature you are putting money into the account. However, every time you have an argument or a fight you are taking money out of the account. The key thing here is to have more green deposits than red withdrawals in your relationship bank account.

Well, perhaps it may have gone too far in his mind, but it doesn’t matter because people get impulsive and exaggerated thoughts when they are emotionally affected by situations. These things can be changed, but may require a bit of time for him to let go of it. Just give him some time and space for now, but you could continue to talk to him casually as a friend and at least let him see that you’re there for him.

I understand that this might be the most painful experiences of your entire life right at this moment. Trust me, I have not only been there myself. But, I have seen many people go through the some pain again and again. Once upon a time, while going through my personal breakup phase. My pain was so bad that I use to get up in the middle of the night and cry. And I know a lot many people who have had even worse times than I did.

My name is Aby…and I truly want you to get back with your ex back if that’s right for you. I hope so. I say “I hope so” that’s because I can never guarantee that thing for you. BUT, if you follow the plans, steps and instructions that I have outlined for you. I can guarantee that your chance of getting your ex boyfriend back or ex girlfriend back will increase in multiple times.

At this point, even if it was your ex who broke up with you, you don’t want to give them all the power. You don’t want to be the one who is always available for them. You don’t want to be their contingency plan.

I would like to congratulate you if you make it to this step without contacting your ex. However, if you contact your ex in between or you skip the other steps then I would strongly suggest you to start from the first step again as above three steps are very crucial for your success in getting your ex-girlfriend or ex-boyfriend back.

Even for the most accomplished Casanova, reclaiming love after it has been lost is a tricky endeavor. Nothing about it is simple, or straightforward, and contrary to what rom-coms have been telling you all these years, sleeping on her doorstep is not a no-fail route to changing her mind.

I just want to let you know that I respect your decision to end things and that I saw it coming for a while. It just didn’t feel right. Also, I would like to apologize for how I acted during the break-up. It wasn’t right for me to force you into something you didn’t want; it was disrespectful, and for that I am truly sorry.

How you ended your relationship also plays a crucial factor on whether or not there is still a hope to bring back the love you once shared. Did the relationship end because one party broke the other’s heart? Or did it just happen naturally? If the whole process happened amicably and naturally, then you still have a higher chance of getting her back.

Create boundaries at home and limit the time spent there while she is around. Perhaps go out more, and even if you are at home, sleep in different rooms and engage in as little small talk as possible. You could use this article to provide you with more tips on what you can do while she’s still around.

These can’t be dates with old friends or people you already know. They CAN be with the same person (as long as it is a new person), or with 3 different people, that is up to you. I would recommend at least two people but it’s not required if you enjoy one person’s company.
