Whether you were the person that broke it off or you happened to be the person who got dumped, there are ways that you can have your ex-missing you and trying to get back into your life before you know it.

Anyways, here’s a video I made a while back that talks about my personal experience (and success!) I had in working to get my ex back and why I was so successful. The video after my video is the course from Brad that I highly recommend as well. Thanks again for stopping by my site!

Act like you’re fine. One key way to make your ex jealous is to not let on that you are upset. Even if you are heartbroken, pretend that you are good. Don’t talk about the breakup, and don’t let your ex see your sad. Make your ex think that you don’t care that the relationship has ended.

Words and perception are important. As an example, this plan can give you a word by word line which will make your ex jump up and down with curiosity for you. Your ex will desperately desire to speak to you again even if they were avoiding you until now.  And so much more…..

So three years back we were in a sweet relationship until shit happened. My mom and sister didn’t like him and they caused so many problems , due to that he took a step back cause he knew I love him so much that I can’t let him go. Yet we made it somehow fighting against the odds for a year and I left him on 2015 , cause it was hurting me more than anything to know that he’s falling out of love (he said that to make me hate him).

Not setting a time limit or expectancy is important when getting over someone. Allowing yourself to heal properly is important and once you heal moving on is the best thing you can do. Becoming active within your community, having a supportive group that surrounds you, becoming the best person you can be is the best thing you can do. I always encourage an individual to start working out, taking a college course, trying a new activity, becoming spiritual, helping others, etc.

It sounds like a man only wants a woman who never feels anything other than shiny happy perfect. She can never be anxious, worried, upset, hurt, pessimistic, negative, angry etc because it’s simply too much for a guy to deal with. A robot lady with no soul will do just fine. Great advice guys.

Me and my ex broke up 2 years ago. We didn’t have any contact with each other until one of our close friends set us up to talk in person two months ago. He apologized, for in a way “hurting my feelings” when he dumped me but I didn’t respond. After it took him a month to actually talk to me since we’re both in our last year of high school. After that he’s always found a reason to talk to me and even asked our friend for my social media but I try to stay away because I still have feelings for him, but he has a girlfriend. I don’t want to break them up because he seems so happy and in love, and it’s all I ever wanted for him, as well as it being a stupid reason to try to break them up, it’s messed up. I missed him being back in my life, but I don’t know if I want to push him away again because of my feelings, aswell as I don’t want him to feel as if I hate him or something. I want him back I really do, but I don’t wanna ruin our friendship because we did agree to stay friends. What should I do?

Natasha, I love your blog! I’m so glad I’ve stumbled upon it. I really enjoy your no sugarcoat straight to the point style of writing. Your articles on boundaries have helped me so much! I’ll be sure to share with my girlfriends when they are going through a rough patch.

Some of us have our ability to love relatively intact, while others are dominated by fear. So much so that love itself triggers fear within deep, phylogenetic, primitive and unconscious areas of the brain.

If you want someone back that has done that to you, you need to work on your boundaries and self esteem. I’ve totally been there and I know how you feel. I know it’s hard; you’re not alone. What’s done is done but now it’s time to have your own back, speak with your actions and take care of YOU. You deserve so much more and I know you know it ? xoxoxo

Act nice. When you see your ex, act nice. By talking to him, smiling, and asking how he is doing, you show that you are moving on and getting over it. This can help make him jealous. He may even think about how nice and great you are afterwards.

The truth is, you broke up for valid reasons. If he mentions those reasons, don’t dispute them. Have the courage to hear the truth in what he’s saying, acknowledge it and apologize for it. It’s better to be happy and loved than to be right about everything.

There is nothing more attractive to a guy than a woman who has a good vibe. Women who have a genuinely good vibe are more attractive to guys than any woman with a bad vibe, even if she’s got super-model looks.

We broke up just a few days ago. The guy is younger and has no experience on relationships nor has he kissed someone before him… Before we broke up he said he wanted the same “magic” we had on the beggining… Should I cool for a month before trying something with him again, like even just a friendship

Try to understand what your ex wants and where his decisions are coming from. It’s important to be supportive of where he’s at and help him reach his goals. It seems like there are a lot of expectations from you about how your ex should behave and act. This is controlling and will only drive him further away. Why do you want him back if you keep pushing him away?

Try to avoid seeing him at all, even when you’re hanging out with mutual friends. If you do catch yourselves at the same party, you don’t have to be rude to him, but you shouldn’t spend too much time talking to him.

And now comes the second part of being friends with him. From what I could understand, he is very much romantically inclined to you. In that case he can’t take you only as a friend. So, that would be a futile try from your side and it would only give him more hopes of getting you back in his life.

Thank you for your reply, he has not blocked me just deleted me, I got the impression that it was out of anger but I’m not sure. He has not blocked my phone number so should I message when NC is over?

Reading your blog makes me feel so much stronger to survive each day and to heal after being in a emotionally hot-and-cold relationship with a person (who was clearly a narcissist!) and has hurt me so much. Love this, your words have truly healed a traumatic year xx

Hit up your most supportive BFFs and have a no-holds barred venting session. Research reveals that putting feelings into words makes sadness and anger less intense. But do it over pedis or tapasgoing on a total bender will only make you weepyand likely to give into the temptation to text him at 3am. [otp_overlay]
