Your relationship might have come to an end before because the things that you want are actually totally different. For instance, one of you wants to have kids while the other does not. However, when the time comes that the two of you already want the same, then maybe getting her back is a wise move.

You don’t have to avoid her 100% of the time, but you should cut back on visiting your favorite hangouts or hanging out with mutual friends in hopes of seeing her. Think of this as your time to regroup before you win her over again.

It would depend on your knowledge regarding what she seeks for in life. If the financial security it something more important to her, then you might want to consider walking away as it will be hard to compete with her boss on this aspect. If you know that she may be going through a tough time, and merely needs momentary financial support desperately that you cannot provide, then you could consider a second shot if given the chance. However, do bear in mind that she walked away from you once already, and if you get back with her, she may do the same again if ever she needs something you cannot provide.

It’s been about 2 weeks since this happened, and since then I had deleted and re-added her on Facebook (immaturely) but haven’t said a word to her. She’s aware that I am going back to Europe in October to finish school. From what I can tell, things are going very well between them two. So, what are my chances and how should I act in this crazy messed up situation?

Thanks a lot for your advice. I’m just wondering if you maybe make it sound too easy by saying “5 steps to getting an ex back”… in my experience it can take months of work and still you may not win them back. Anyway thanks for the interesting read… Good luck all!

She’s playing with you until she get what she wants from someone else. You are her comfort zone you know each other so she is just there with you after what she thinks is good is not. She she leave it becaue she thinks she found the one to replace you then she finds out the grass is not greener on the other side so she comes back. She is blaming you for cheating because she is not being 100% with you about what she is doing. She don’t want to have sex due to the fact thst she don’t want no emotional connection with you because she might find someone else and it will be hard to leave if there is emotionally attached to you.

Don’t send, or plan to send, any of your writing to your ex – not even a letter. Any movement you make towards her, even in bitterness or frustration, is a step in the wrong direction. Remember, you’re trying to cut the ties that bind, not tangle them.

What if your ex works at your job and still talks to you friendly? Should I engage or should I ignore her politely? Idk what to do here. Just to let you, we broke up last night and we argued like hell.

It could be that there were things he didn’t feel okay about but never shared with you, or it could have been completely for no reason and he started taking the relationship for granted (hence the lack of effort), which is common for many relationships that have gotten too comfortable. If you really want to know, I suggest speaking to him and asking him to be honest.

Remember that cycling relationships (those that experience breakups and get back together) tend to have a higher rate of dissatisfaction, lack of trust, and eventual failure, so be prepared to put extra work into your new relationship.[19]

First impressions are everything. You need to remember that. How you approach this first contact message is almost as important as the text messages later in this process. Why? Because, if you screw this part up you can kiss your chances of getting your boyfriend back goodbye. No pressure though.

This tactic may be a little harder to implement because it can sometimes depend on the situation that your ex is currently in. Basically you are going to bring up a stressful event very gently and show that you are going to be supportive no matter what with NO STRINGS ATTACHED. This has to be completely genuine otherwise you are better off not saying anything at all.

Maybe you’ve tried apologizing, promising to change, or telling her how sorry you are. There’s a surprising reason none of those things work, and when you know it, you know how to get your ex-girlfriend back and make her want you more than she ever did before.

my ex say she want to study first .. its been 2 yrs and 3month i didnt contact to her but since ,last week i text her from facebook..she leave me because she want to fokus on her study .. so how i can get her back?

Any situations in which she has expressed to you that she wants something to develop or happen between you two, yet you refuse to make it happen in the months after she showed that she wanted it. For example:

Exercises on listening skills helped Peter identify the counter-productive listening habits that he had developed that had been a major factor in creating needless antagonisms. With more effective listening skills, he could see right away that he could make the tone of their conversations more positive.

But I’d go over the memory of her in my mind — her maraschino cherry hair, her septum ring, the shiny stud in the side of her nose, the big black plugs in her ears — and worry that someone as edgy as she was would never go for a nerdy, plain woman like me. I settled for just being friends.

While you do not want to change who you are in order to get your ex back (because eventually they would leave again, since the real you has to return at some point), it is always helpful to be the best you can be. Your ex was attracted to you and you can try to regain that attraction.

I understand that this is a very difficult time in your life. I have gone through it myself. But believe me, this is actually a great opportunity in your life. When things are normal in our life, we actually don’t feel a need to work on ourselves. But it’s only in situations like these do we feel that burning fire within to change, improve and succeed. I was going through a similar situation in my first year of college. By the time I graduated, I was the best student of my batch/class, and now I have 3 companies of my own.
